I'm saying that poo taras at least gave some clear dietary advice on the avoidance of onions and other alliums due to their producing an excess of wind and I look forward to testing his assertion with some asafoetida I bought out of curiosity a while ago, which is supposed to make up for their absence in stews, curries, and assorted preparations of legumes.
