Otisburg. Or, Otisburgh--negotiations are ongoing.

That doesn't look like any kind of ellipsis to me.

Elisha Otis would be down with that and it is not an ellipsis.  It is grammatical flair. I've tried for years to make it a thing but no go so far.

Well there is a good speech he may or may not have uttered which probably means he's safe.  I have always thought Kamiakin deserved a fitting memorial since he was our sort of no-surrender Crazy Horse guy, remembered as such by the tribes around here.

Now you are talking!  Guy like that should be remembered more.  Our  guy, Chief Pontiac had a whole division of General Motors named after him.
GTO Judge is a pretty fair legacy.

You've made it a thing that looks stupid, so, you can knock off early for 2021 and points beyond. Kudos.

It is so confusing. Just a few years ago we were told we shouldn't name things after Indians. And even good ones, like "Fighting Souix." I can understand why some might go on thr warpath after the more cartoonish mascots but one that celebrate toughness amd warrrior spirit?

As an aside if anyone comes across a beverage called "Crazy Horse" don't buy. Decades ago saw it on firesale at store amd bought as a lark. Worst beer ever. But the can was awesome. Some kind of fortifed malt liquor with some statement praising Crazy Horse  Something like "in the spirit amd strength of Chief Crazy Horse we bring you a malt liquor of equal heritage and boldness." Ha. Actually caused controversy due to alcohol problems on Rez and the cultural appropriation (before it was a "thing.")

You see Buns, that is because you are a dreamer.  Us poor bastards mired in the daily grind, broken by life, stooped over and looking down as a result see his name just about every day.   I'm glad you don't see it - it is already too late for me.

My understanding--albeit, a very limited one--is that it isn't appropriate to steal someone's energy by using their name inappropriately.

Frankly, I tend to agree. Using someone's name appropriately is far more rewarding on an etheric level anyways. Everyone should know this joy.

With mustard.

Otis contracted diphtheria and died on April 8, 1861 at age 49. Weak.

I'll be honest: bored now. Can someone else count these dots up for the rest of the class? It'd be appreciated.

19.5. It is in the model. Though torsion fields might have made thr number of dots appear differently, depending on the quantum state and perapective of the viewer. But, regardless, they can be counted and manipulated, per the Model, to equal 19.5.  An imaging-panel.can be summoned to prove this, and I suggest you open two browsers while you listen to them. Assuming Skype can be unmuted and phone won't ring.

Ahha. So power in the name. Very Kallabalistic. Maybe the Mormons were onto something with regard to Indians and Lost Tribes? I was figuring the whole photographs taking the spirit energy deal......

Have they dynamited Stone Mountain yet? Word on the street is plans to rechisel, and lots of Bondo, Rushmore guys into a grouping of Gentle Giant martyrs. I'm actually at a loss for proper term. Both Oxford and Websters can't clarify term for an assembly of Gentle Giants. Certainly "troop" would be inappropriate. A riot, perhaps? It has a certain cache: "a Riot of Gentle Giants was observed looting booze and cigarillos today, More details later,  on to weather with Dan. Thanks Jen! Well outlook looks good on the radar with a chance of rain this early morning but should clear up for drive-time commute...."

No, so far I have not heard anything about Stone Mountain this go-round but I'm trying not to watch much local news so I might have missed the story.  These rioters are no better than Isis with their desire to destroy art and history.  I'm fed up.  The problem with accepting the toppling of statues of  Lee, Jackson, Nathan Bedford Forrest and the like.....these were people with tremendous flaws but some also did a tremendous amount of good and redeemed themselves after the Civil War....... is that it inevitably leads to the toppling of statues of Jefferson, Washington, Churchill. and others.  The whole thing is a slippery slope.  I'm really pissed off.

Another thing, since when it is ok to shame people to adopt beliefs that in their heart of hearts they don't believe in.  This is supposed to be a country where people are allowed to express their opinions without being crucified.  I hate social media.

George Floyd was murdered and I definitely want to see the cops involved prosecuted and while I agree Black Lives Matter so do Red, White, Asian, Venusian etc.  The organization called Black Live Matters is evil. I'm sick of the governors (mostly Democrat)  doing nothing to bring law and order to their respective states and cities. Law and order needs to be restored.  Protesting is fine but destruction is not.

Nice to see you too, albrecht. ;)

Fun times in the Big 12. "Eyes of Texas" is racist and a few players want it banned. Coach Gundy (Okie State) is under fire because he was fishing with his kids and wore a OAN shirt which is a news network that USA Today and ESPN says is 'conspiracy' and 'pro-Trump' and so is racist etc. So calls for him to be fired. And, somehow, act like a proud mullet-wearing football coach from Oklahoma might support Trump....and so needs to go.

People are being fired (at an amazingly rapid rate) even from government jobs (with unions and usually strong labor protection) for saying/posting controversial things like "all lives matter" or that "blue lives matter." And the Left is now against unions- at least if they are police ones. Or protect government workers who dare to have a political opinion contrary to BLM and Antifa?

This is not an America that I recognize.  Antifa acts like brownshirts and now they want to defund the police just like Hitler and the Nazis.  When are people going to stand up and say FUCK YOU!  to antifa and BLM ( organization).

Why isn’t there a conservative version of George Soros out there funding conservative protest groups?!

In many ways it reminds me of the America of 1968.  Riots, street demonstrations, attacks on police, Republicans are Hitler, Dems are commies, people saying fuck you by voting for Nixon and Wallace.

Given recent behavior, I suppose it is because most conservatives especially Republicans are cowards.  I voted in the Democratic primary this year just to be mischievous.

I could use some pavers for a patio i want to put in on the side of my house. If they want to hook a goy up with a gun i would take a Galil as long as it's not haunted by the ghosts of Palestinian kids that were shot in the back with it.

No one wants to see conservative protests.  It just reminds people how fat and unstylish they are, on the whole.  You guys badly need some zhuzh.

Truth in that, for sure.  I was only 2 years old then and only remember Bobby Kennedy's funeral.  My parents were not very political at that time and also liked the Kennedys.  That changed with time.  I was up in the North Carolina mountains last week and avoided news like the plague.  I want to go back there now and just say fuck it.

That would be a start, assuming you can find any.  I look at the lockdown protesters, all fat-choked fury and spreading middle-aged complacency, and think "these are not my people."  I am sure I am not the only one.

I was watching some videos from Chaz yesterday and some Proud Boys showed up.  Now, I know nothing of them except that they took a confrontational view of things in the commune, but they seem to have adopted a sort of sartorial signature, which shows that they're thinking in the right direction.  Unfortunately, it was the polo shirt, that style abomination that adds a good ten pounds right to the gut, and khakis, the very uniform of the sexless middle-aged drone.  You compare that with the sleek black hoodies and skinny jeans, not to mention the occasional muscular naked torso and upraised fist, of their opponents and there is no contest.

Maybe the so-called "rightwing" types should renew those old contracts with Hugh Boss? They made fashionable and practical, albeit intimidating, uniforms.  Keep in mind though, it is summer. So khakis are not passe', and perhaps jodhspurs and a fashionable scarf, would help the shall-we-say "less than lean?" Throw in some sporting googles which would cover up droopy eyelids or hangovers- and also help against whatever gas might be dispersed? I think a riding crop, maybe lead-loaded also? That militaristic style plus for discipline and defense. Likely some could be found on surplus in the UK fetish market at cost? SV could likely advise.

Those would be called "problematic" of course hahaha and anyway only look good if you are lean -- look at Goering.  Interesting that he was considered grotesquely obese in his day but your average rally-goer easily dwarfs him now.

Excess stock from "Fast and Furious" and the "Bengazi" operations?

I thought Washington (racist name of a State, change it now) passed some kind of law against certain firearms?
Yeah, but what do we change the name to?  There is Spokompton.  But what do we rename the state?
