Why do they "believe"  the wall is made of ice?

How do they know it isn't a wall of rock covered in ice?

Lilith

Don't everybody call and skype in all at once now.

Lilith

The Moon is constantly moving away from the Earth.

Or is it just getting smaller every year?

Lilith

Sorry Tim, it's time to move on to Heathas' show.

Asuka Langley

>sitting on your porch doing nothing

Personally I think the turtle-back descriptions you find in various cultures suggests some idea that the world is, if not round, at least curved like a lens, for which a turtle-shell is a suitable ancient stand-in.  Otherwise a turtle would seem an odd Atlas, not usually especially large or sturdy like the world-tree proposed by Norse mythology.

This curvature would have been observable to any islanders looking out to sea and watching the tops of large objects (e. g. cloud formations) appear first, and probably to flatlanders with broad-enough horizons in the weather direction and nothing but time on their hands.

So Amy is the co-host then?

No.  More like the new phone number voice.

Lilith

Remote Viewing?   Oh well...

Hi Spooky Tim.

Any BellGab shoutouts yet?

Lilith

Ah, but has she sat on the Art Bell bench?

Lilith

Yeah, well, I'm notta Producer Michelle fan, so that splains a lot.

She goes for all these catlady topics from the 90's.   ::)

A regular caller?

No. Behind the scenes stuff, I hear, aside from the promo voice.

Lilith

I'm a proud member of the Midnight Society BellGab thread.

Lilith

I've never been a horror fan, but I admit, a few of his books/movies, had me reading them from cover to cover.

Lilith

I wonder if this guest listens to Heatha?   ;D

If I could pick anybody to write Heatha's story, it would be Stephen King.

Lilith

A kitty ad.  Why am I not surprised?  ::)

Lilith

I dunno if anybody has mentioned it Tim, but the "read more" links on your site, don't load the "read more" page very well.

Maybe it matters, maybe not.  I'm guessing the pngs are extremely large files, or maybe it's a different problem.   Dunno.

Another listener mentioned to me that they don't load well onna phone either.
