Windows 10 release Malware lock bios and change boot sequence.

Is this even feasible and would it shut down the net for a while if it spread globally.  Just imagine a c program goes to assembly code, that identifies the type of bios you have and changes your boot sequence then locks it with a password and reboots your machine.

I found something well a doc which shows how to do it via coding.  Its named MLBCBS and its new.

One time I was pw locked out.  My repair guy sd I needed a new hard drive.  I always wondered it that was really true.
