Grievous! nothing good ever lasts.  :'(

Their original mission statement was to finish the 5 year (season) mission. TOS did about 24 episodes a season. I'd say they're only a quarter of the way there.  ::)

i haven't watched continues yet..but there is a lot of blame to be thrown around and its not solely at the feet of Axanar ..a lot of it is one CBS and Abrams

Random Star Trek Thought: In Star Trek the known universe is being mapped. The Enterprise even has a Stellar Cartography department. However, we know the universe is expanding and everything is in some real sense moving away from each other. Seems to me this would present quite a challenge to it’s mapping. I don’t remember this ever being addressed in an episode but perhaps they arrived at some equation for compensating for this?

Not to be unkind Doc, but you know it's just a show and you should really just relax...  ;D

I am relaxed. This is one of the ways I relax. I just think it’s an interesting question going forward in our own exploration of space.

Sorry, I should have added in some musical emoji. That's a line from the MST3K theme song.

It sounded great from over here.

Maybe I've been hanging out with JS a little too much.
