Another movie about Obama should be made. It could be done like the movie a few decades back "Clue" (a movie made based on the board game you call Cluedo) where the various scenarios of this International Man of Mystery Obama (sic) background and activities could be explored. Different theaters would have different endings/plot, like "Clue" did. He is so bizarre and mysterious that it could be a block-buster! (The DVD and Netflix versions could have an extended cut including ALL the bizarre Obama (sic) mysteries and conspiracy idea and include "previous thought lost footage" of Michelle Michael  playing at middle linebacker at Oregon State!)

Look, I do appreciate the gravity of this if it is proven unequivocally that he isn't a bonafide US citizen, and the repurcussions therein. But to pull something like that off took some balls and has a certain genius don't you think?  But it does throw up the question; why? Why him? Why go to all that effort with the very real chance it would be discovered, when someone eligible could have been picked with no comeback?

He, Obama, or whatever name he is using this decades, should be the person to prove he is natural born US citizen, not others having to prove he isn't. He can't, or at least won't, even comply with a basic international treaty of which the US is a signatory. Show up in the UK, or many other countries in the EU, Schengen, etc, and try to get a work permit, passport, or residency permit with some online electronic document claiming your citizenship and see how far you get.

As a British Subject you should know about the history of royal or religious "pretenders," "false Popes," imposters, and intriques. Often playing the "long-game" (a returning Sovereign from another country/royal-house, raising a child with minders, off-spring claiming a throne, conspiracies amongst minor royalty to support a certain candidate over another, arranged marriages to bring Houses together, usurper leaders, siding with other religions, changing names (like your fellow British Subjects bear allegiance,) and the like. Why would that kind of skullduggery be only a thing of the past?

Depends on who was fooled. If the DNC was fooled and had no idea that he wasn't legit, then the motive is clear: Barack Obama wanted to bullshit his way into the presidency. If the DNC knew and participated in the subterfuge and forging of the birth certificate, then it would have been because they had no other choice. It would imply that they were already locked in with the candidate. That unfortunately would not be surprising, given that they were shown to be a bunch of crooks multiple times throughout this election cycle.

That said, I dunno what the hell to make of it all. It's different territory when a county police force tells us that the birth certificate is fake. That takes it out of conspiracy theory land. Something's wrong here. That said, there are also newspaper announcements from the time in Hawaii backing up his claim to US citizenship. So I dunno what the fuck the guy's origins are.

i think the beef is more about whether he's a natural born citizen rather than whether he's a citizen.  there's a distinction between the two types of citizenship as it relates to presidential qualification, although the definition of "natural born" seems to be rather ambiguous.

But he had a problem, he didn't have a birth certificate. So he had one made. Why he didn't have a certificate is an unknown. Could be a clerical error, could be born in Kenya. Who knows.
