I love that one... So much so that I shall refrain from slapping you around with a large fishbot this evening... ;)

Have tried to call in the show before but didn't get on. I bought a cast iron skillet and had questions about it. Was hoping to talk to some lady's about propper care for it. I got it becouse it was my understanding that it didn't ever need to be washed.

I think Chefist might have already answered the skillet question, but I wanted to address the Skype issue I'm having. Somewhere in the non-existent Mac instructions, there will be info about adding a caller to an existing group call that I've initiated. I will check their forums for other Mac users.

Thanks for trying -- I will keep trying until I fix my half of the equation.

Rose talked about Pre-Raphaelite pictures on her blog on one Bella-Haven show, I vaguely recall.  Where is that?  I'd love to see the pics:  I'm a big fan of the Pre-Raphaelite painters.

My fave Pre-Raphaelite painting is the Lady of Shalott.

Glad you guys like the art. I love working in Photoshop, I haven't done it actively in about a year or two but it's fun to listen to the show and make Bella propaganda based on what you all talking about. I'm very basic with Photoshop but I enjoy doing it and encourage others to submit their own stuff. It's just fun to make neat stuff.

One thought would be to have an Ask Rosegirl segment once a week where we can send in questions about meditation, astrology and all that good stuff. I want to know more about astral projection and things like that from someone with the experience.

I really liked this one when I came upon it, but only know that it's called "Circe Offering the Cup to Odysses."

Thank you everyone for helping with the Bellathon (as RoseGirl put it. It fit yeah?) and Thanks Nancy for the relay. Didn't sound half bad.  We will be adding The Outsider podcast as soon as i download, transcode and tag them.

Let's come up with a name for the Dear Rosie section, and we'll start tonight. It's a great idea!! Luscious Lasha? Let's see what inspires you tonight, VQ, and we'll add a platform to the hive.

Looking at the images you chose and the way you say what you say on them -- it's like looking into a TV for me. Here's a cool illustration for that idea:

Oh I do so love the Pre-Raphealite Brotherhood and their paintings. I used them all to make buttons on my web site...you can see them near the bottom of the page on each page.

I especially like that they were a group of artists that wanted to bring more life and sensuality into the classic works of art....and that they all used the same French prostitutes as models. lol. Circe is wonderful, isn't she? I especially like Flaming June (who doesn't like Flaming June, though) and, most anything by Waterhouse. I have about 15 Pre-Raphaelite posters framed and hanging on my walls. Each one cost....oye don't ask...a lot to frame...but I love them.

And I love the idea of an Ask Rosie segment....sounds like lots of fun to me!!!

Me too!!  But sometimes I have to listen in the morning with my coffee, so I end up posting a thought or two here in this thread instead.  It's not the same as being in the live chat, but when I don't manage to stay awake, second best has to do.  Sad but true.

This is why I like to set the oven and get the finished product out to the morning people, fresh from the night.

Always loved this one, 'Fair Rosamund,' by John Waterhouse.  She was the mistress of King Henry II of England, and after the affair ended retired to Godstow Abbey, where she died at age 30.

I advertised tonight's Bella-haven in my Art Bell group on FB.  I billed it:  "The  most fun you can have with your clothes on."  :)

I agree Brig. I stayed awake and listened to Bella-Haven live for three nights in a row, central time,  I was a zombie for next few days from lack of sleep. What works for me now, I'll listen for a bit and fall asleep. Then tune in show on my cell phone in the morning and listen where left off night before, while getting ready for work and drive to work. Thank you for offer a download early the next morning.

Sincerely, I'd be glad to subscribe to the show, to get the downloadable podcast bright and early the next morning.

Yes Rose! As mentioned on Bell-Haven I know the subject matter from my everything paranormal parents. When found Art on the radio years later as an adult, was amazed that so many people were 'into' the subject. I've always enjoyed it (must be in my DNA) and still have discussions with my parents and sibs. Anyway, I'll certainly enjoy calling in and getting your views and knowledge on a variety of paranormal subjects.
