Well I'm sounding an alarm here I don't trust the governments drills for good reason with all that went down on 9/11 and a number of other ironic events.

No where, that I can find, have WHO, CDC, or credible sources have stated that Ebola is a pandemic though many, many statements about how this is the worst outbreak ever, the spread is continuing, efforts being hampered by rumors, etc. So it could eventually become an pandemic if containment efforts don't work, I suppose. But organizations like that aren't going to come out and say it until it is REALLY spreading. To be cynical: they aren't going to say anything like that unless:
1) it is spreading to white population or rich nations.
or
2) there is a vaccine available (so drug companies can make some good $$ selling it.)

Currently I would say we have more to worry about with the TB, and all the other diseases, coming across our open-border than Ebola, at least for now.
