This editing is incredible! David Goggins is one of the most positive and motivational people on the planet so this is very strange to watch!

"I hope you break your knees going up Harlem Hill!"

The first time I have witnessed such hostility between two other fellow runners in a NYRR sanctioned race. There's a first time for everything, I guess. 💀

There are literally many times more holocaust survivors than ww2 vets. That seems very fishy to me

You have 10 minutes to pack your things.

Wat do?

Shooting down a balloon is not as easy as it sounds.

Quote"These balloons use helium... It's not the Hindenburg, you can't just shoot it and then and then it goes up in flames."

"If you do punch holes in it, it's just kind of going to leak out very slowly."

... in 1998 the Canadian air force sent up F-18 fighter jets to try and shoot down a rogue weather balloon.

"They fired a thousand 20-millimeter cannon rounds into it. And it still took six days before it finally came down. These are not things that explode or pop when you shoot at them."

He said it was not clear if using surface-to-air missiles would work, because their guidance systems are designed to hit fast-moving missiles and aircraft.

There isn't a AAA round or MANPAD in our arsenal that can shoot that high. An air-to-air missile with radar lock and proximity fuse would be the best option. There's probably not enough IR signature for IR tracking missiles. A Patriot missile can reach that high.

Couldn't we just send up someof them 'Chinese Lanterns' that are always the excuse for a UFO?  ;D  Or send one of our blimbs, after the game is over, and grab it with some rappelling lines. Use of a jet seems overkill and no recovery of whatever spying stuff then are using after stealing, or just given by various administrations and companies.

They wait so long. Likely data already transmitted and also confirms our Will and Chain of Command weak to the Commies. They don't wait n see when they take out anti-commie Congressmen planes, planes of tech workers, or just violating an airspace.

AIM-9 SIDEWINDER? That's bound to tear the guts out of a puffball.

If you watch the video closely you can see it hit the payload. That would have been the strongest radar return even though the balloon was much larger.

And next month comes
ERNIE Bot from Baidu.

Cute little guy, but eerily familiar to EVE from the WALL-E world.

We all know where this is going.

Wasn't that The Plan. Especially with this "sudden" release of the AI chatbots, weird UFO/UAP "shooting downs," a President with obvious- or almost so- amazing abilities to be senseless and in dotage into, somewhat, eloquent speaking to the masses? Also, if history tells us, most tech and ability is usually decades known, and used, before the hoi polloi get it. So some movies and tv. Used to be books but no one reads anymore and they, almost, got that simple platform curtailed by digital, purchasing, and ability to edits. Welcome to the Future! It is here.
