I can't seem to calibrate the timezone. All posts show as being 4 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time.

I won't be able to sleep at night with this <embed>dilemma</embed> in the back of my mind.

I think, but not technical, it is showing where the BellGab server is being hosted. But it could be, maybe, the computer, server, IP connection which might change time shown (since showing the local time where you, server, IP, VPN, etc) is?) Idk.
