Feds seized documents from Mar-a-Lago in June with grand jury subpoena

QuoteThe FBI search at Mar-a-Lago this week came months after federal investigators served an earlier grand jury subpoena and took away sensitive national security documents from former President Donald Trump's property during a June meeting, people familiar with the matter tell CNN.

Grand Juries can, as infamously stated, can indict a ham sammich (although one of those might not be found in certain Trump compound areas depending on dietary restrictions.) Norry says there is so much chaos like "he never has seen before" (he stated this for years but, maybe "it is truuuueee" finally. Certain the news and talking heads on all sides talking civil wars, physical attacks, new viruses, and crippled economy for years. :-X

Classified documents are frequently found in ham sammiches. I heard they searched Melania's closet thoroughly but no ham document sammich was found.  ;)

I hope they subpoena that lady's hat, you could hide a nuclear football in there 👀

We have reached a point where the AG needs to hold a press conference to essentially say "The search warrant wasn't issued so we could sniff Melania's panties".  That should be sobering thought no matter which side you are on.  How did we get here?

FLA is a different animal but where are 'foam hats' in relation to the whole Memorial Day/LaborDay whites deal? And are foams hats appropriate only for garden events and/or protests but should be removed prior to formal dining or, as I was taught, remove any hats indoors? At which point an agent could search it for evidence or the 'football! and simply fill out a 302 for his recollections of the search! A coat and hat room might suffice as legally searchable even without an Epstein/Obama judge because you give up our items and receive a receipt. The Chi-Coms had this market nailed with their tickey return policy. I'll bet a lot of info gleaned in the laundry and dry-cleaning business. Talks about information harvesting!

There are certainly different rules for "resort areas" where white shoes and linen suits may be worn out of season, and the South has its own set of rules governing seersucker and white bucks which get into Old Testament territory where you can't mix with wool, even the of lightest weave (including a lovely narrow Scottish tartan necktie in pastel hues which caused me some consternation when I had to abandon it at a summer wedding though it complemented the ensemble wonderfully), but ladies enjoy wide freedom where hats are concerned.  Basically all hats including these dreadful foam ones may be worn wherever and whenever and need not be removed even for prayer except for some high-church events in certain Latin countries where a mantilla is more appropriate.

Well, I guess that explains the nail gun 🤷

This whole thing is dumb.  As much as I would love to see Trumpie Wumpie go to the pokey wokey, the only reason we know about this at all is because Trumpiepoo tootered about it.  The FBI went in unmarked, without telling local police, he could have soft-shoed it like he did with the subpoena in June and we wouldn't know a thing.

Seems clear he had stuff he shouldn't have after telling them he'd given it all back.  He did skip the exit interview and threw his keys across the parking lot, not surprised he just grabbed what he could take and was a jerk about things.  And, given his reported habit of flushing and chewing on and using for hamburger wrappers, they probably wanted it back real bad, I will be astonished if they charge him with anything unless he was selling or showing to spies.  Calm down u guys.

MV/Liberace!

Quote from: albrecht on August 09, 2022, 04:17:51 PMDepending on outcome, all publicity is good publicity to repeat a trite phrase. This got him elected before. Not sure why the Dems haven't figured this out. But it also could be damage control to take attention away from the 'laptop from hell' and the Clinton/Huma/Maids but it just bring back funny memories about when Clinton minion 'accidentally' found papers on his person from the archives or when some mysterious ghost/entity caused FBI files to 'appear.'

This reminds me of a video I recently watched.  I love this guy's channel:
