The only way YouTube will be upsurped (and I believe it should be for its censorship) is if alternative sites make their videos easily embeddable. With YouTube you copy and paste the address and it’s embedded. Why can’t other sites do this?!

No one has any answers as to why this is so? I have trouble believing that this is somehow the proprietary technology of Youtube. Seriously, why can’t alternative video sites have easily embeddable (cut and paste the web address) videos like YouTube?! This is a serious question that I think is important to the continuation of freedom and democracy anywhere. Everyday YouTube gets less and less relevant because of their censorship. We need a way to easily share videos between websites.

I came across this: http://starringthecomputer.com and thought it was interesting. Too bad no IBM Selectric section though.

Is there a cheap bluetooth keyboard that I can use with my Mac, iPad, whatever?

No real details, to the public yet, however.....

Honeywell?   Phhhfttt.   They can't even make a damn thermostat that lasts more than 3 years.

That does not bode well for our nuke arsenal...

Honeywell owns/manages the old Bendix -> Allied-Signal nuke plant here in Kansas City.  Apparently, manufacturers 85% of the US nuclear arsenal according to this wikipedia article:

Bendix Plant Kansas City

Bet they were working on that quantum computer there.  My pa used to be an engineer there, and what little he could tell us about his work was always a trip.  He worked on AI stuff at one point (mid-late 80s), never would confirm it but I think he had a part in developing cruise missiles, or at least the guidance package.  "Fuzzy Logic" to let it pick it own path through terrain &c...

Wild, weird, wacky stuff.

That's what I call a good old fashioned fun web page with interesting data to browse. I like the fact that fictional computers are disqualified.

Narrows things down.

So you clever Trekkies can put that "Spock's Brain" meat-machine episode right back into your pocket.

So this article is admitting that your microwave is allowing radiation out? I thought that was just a conspiracy theory....

" and microwaves, unless they are contained in a metal box, known as a Faraday cage, which blocks electromagnetic fields."

Didn't the Chi-com branch of the franchise already claim to have unbreakable comms via some kind of quantum laser network? But that could be the typical ad technique of a forever "going out of business" sale....then again, I guess, that would be quantum in itself?

If the U.S. Army is putting out a press release, it's not an exclusive tech. Maybe Delta Force copied it from the slopes?! Hah! Bizarro Clown World!!

The spin in most coverage is positive- who wouldn't want ability to communicate for those with 'locked in syndrome?' But I also laugh, a bit, that this latest news comes out while most everybody is 'locked-in' under government decree and there is a very potential downside in the ability to read everyone's mind, even when limited to 250 words, for now. Cue "If you could read my mind, love...."

The liberal’s cancel culture is DYING! ;D

Note: I had to turn this off toward the end because, for some reason, they still feel the need to SJW about AJ because they’re literally still too liberal and stupid to understand what he does. He delivers commentary and opinions about the news, politics and the lying MSM. Mixed into this is a liberal amount of humor and content designed to trigger liberals like Tim.
