I discount any and all abductions stories that begin with the abductee in bed asleep. likely sleep terror and then if they've gone to someone for hypnotic regression then any further information can be explained by false memory syndrome - a known phenomena with hypnosis.

Betty and Barney Hill don't fall into this category and they're one of the few abduction stories that interest me. As I recall they remembered seeing something after their interrupted journey. Granted additional information came out during hypnotic regression and maybe some of these details were false memory. 

Whitley's story starts with him asleep and so I tend to think its bullshit. All the more likely given his profession

I've only known one person who grew up in Northern California who claimed to have seen a Bigfoot. His story was not compelling as he claimed that as a boy he was walking through the forest when he heard something following him. He stopped and turned to look in the direction of the noise and said that he saw something large with red fur through a stand of trees and promptly took off in a sprint for the house. He was a pretty level headed fellow. So who knows

I think part of the reason Bowie is still alive is because food was optional for him for a big chunk of his life. Heroin addicts never eat. The Western diet creates a lot of the illnesses you see in people. Most notably heart disease.

it's just that every time i turn on the tv or the radio they're discussing these two assholes.  i would prefer such monsters were never identified as it seems to glorify them in the minds of the confused and disaffected.  but that would interfere with the freedom of the press. 

i was disappointed how the media made these two out to be the boogeyman.  sure what they did was horrible i'm not saying otherwise.  but police effectively shut down boston for what?  to hunt down a 19 year old?  i'm glad they found the turd but if the police had come to my door and asked to search my house i think i would have told them they were just going to have to take my word that he wasn't there.
