Thanks for the kind words.  We have a blast doing the GabCast.  And I'm not just saying that because of a contractual obligation with Taintco.

Credible?  Second hand anecdote.  But the language used to respond to the woman's query was interesting.  I'd expect it to be more direct if it were a hoax.

All this talk of live human experimentation is making the lawyers Taintco very nervous.

Only Christians can be both pro-death penalty and pro-life and see nothing wrong with it. If we have killed one innocent man with the death penalty than we as a society should never kill another. For what we do to the lowest of are society shows are true colors of are society!!1
And of course you don't have an axe grind here.

Don't generalize.  Not all Christians are Young Earth Creationists.  Or Mormon.

Hmmmmm.  She has both Data's and my attention.
Yeah she is a looker.  Was she on Charles in Charge?  I can't believe there's a space in my brain where Charles in Charge data is stored.  I need to see a doctor about that.

Because I live in NYC, I've seen a lot of celebrities, including Andy Warhol three feet behind me on a movie line, but my favorite story is about The Who. I used to date a photographer and he took me to one of their shows that he was covering for a magazine.  I was minding the equipment when they came backstage and Roger Daltrey stopped on the stairs and invited me to their dressing room. The man has the bluest eyes I've ever seen. I thanked him and declined, but man, for weeks later there was no talking to me, lol.

Ken Hamm is a demon of the lowest order.  A true dolt.  I hope he takes all the other dolts with him in some kind of ridiculous suicide pact thingy.

I've mentioned elsewhere that I was an extra on "Patch Adams".  A dreadful film but I take sick pleasure in the fact that the movie was the last "Worst Movie of the Year" by Gene Siskell before he passed away.

Extras were told not to talk to the cast or approach them because they were working.  I had no problem following directions because I was getting catered breakfast and lunch.  Really good food too.  And all the snacks and drinks you could want.  They wanted extras to stick around because a lot of the exterior shots had lots of students.

Well one day we were filming a transitional scene which roughly happens right after the scene where they immerse the old woman in a swimming pool of pasta.  They started the shot with Robin Williams standing right behind me and shot the scene about 7 times.  After each take crew would set everything back to where it was at the beginning of the shot.  For some reason there was this really effeminate guy on the opposite side of Robin Williams who would constantly fuck with Robin Williams for some reason.  At one point Robin Williams leaned over to me and whispered "he's a leather queen from hell".  I laughed.  That was a thousand times funnier than any joke in the movie.

After shooting the seen for the last time Robin Williams decides he's going to walk over to us and talk to me and two other extras standing there.  Mind you I'm trying to ignore RW up until its obvious that he is going to talk to us.  I turn to him at that point and say "I really enjoy your work" and shook his hand.  RW said thanks and then shook the other extras hands.  At that point RW gestures to me and says "So Mr. Yeager here ... " (because I was wearing RayBan Pilot Sun Glasses and some mean sideburns).  I don't know why but I interrupted him and said "Please ... I prefer Serpico".  First thing that popped into my mind.  RW glared at me and just said "you wish".  I didn't speak to RW again.  I did see him in a restaurant right after they wrapped shooting on the movie.  Pretty sure he thought I was stalking him at that point.  I wasn't.  He just happened to be in the shitty diner that was two blocks from my house in Carrboro.

I hope that story is enough to put this thread to right and set it back on course.

Is this show about a reunion of classmates that graduated from a "short bus" school?

I just finished "Edge of Tomorrow". A scifi flick with Tom Cruise. Never would have thought I'd enjoy something like that, but it was pretty good.
I think the appeal was mostly that Tom Tom really takes a serious beating that movie

Ah, yes, P*B!  One of the many reasons I greatly admire the Golden Gate.  The Art Deco style really speaks to me.  The simple, yet dramatic approach is just fantastic.

Here's my second favorite Art Deco/Moderne structure.

It's the Union Terminal in Cincinnati.  A "Cathederal" dedicated to the golden age of rail travel.  Well worth seeing, if you're in the area.  There are free tours on Sundays and very enjoyable.  Most of the surrounding layout around the terminal has been saved and is just gorgeous.  The terminal is now a museum and open to the public most days.
I remember when it was abandoned and people were saying it should be demolished. Wiser heads prevailed. Thank goodness.

Did I hear Snooron say Aldrin saw an unidentified object but it wasn't a UFO?  Flying aside, it sounded as if Jorch didn't know what the acronym stood for.
Give George the respect he deserves. He usually just communicates by grunting and squawking. Language is tough.
