I watched some of the first episode of this new PBS Series by Ken Burns.

The civil war in Vietnam was about ending colonialism. But, the US Elite was too butt hurt about losses in Korea and other "Cold War" issues to see that. They all worried about what would happen if Asia went Communist. I don't fucking care. That's Asia, and that's a world away. I'm not Asia's Daddy. If good 'ol Ike wanted to have dealt a real blow to Communism, then he could have launched a (Nuclear) first strike against Russia. But, somehow all of these Presidents were SUCKED into the "Global" thought of the bogus and failed workings of the "United Nations".

All those American lives lost in Nam because America wanted to "save face" for the "West".

Puppets !

From what I can tell they let China fall into communist hands post WW2. There was a pro West/US dictator there who, of course, we stabbed in the back. Then the same thing happened again in Nam and Cambodia. Almost like it was a plan or something. It really doesn't get much more disgraceful.  ::)

I thought Art died from man-tits disease?

It's not a disease. It's just something that happens to some men as they age. Me and a friend of mine are working on perfecting a practical solution for this:

Lets see if Hoagie makes it on the air tonight with this planned new episode:

OK. First hour, Hoagie then onto Knapp. With Morningstar on his panel you know it's just going to keep descending into anti-Trump rants.  ::)

Knapp night!  Zee, are you going to listen?

Sounds interesting. Someone who had a close encounter as a kid with a bunch of other kids will recount and discuss the experience.

Yeah... Right.   Have you  met our bleeding heart  prime minister?

Since the  start of the year 12,000 people arrive illegally from the US. If they register with the CBSA to have a hearing they will wait around 7 months during which time we provide social services and the basics necessary to live (food, shelter, free money...)

Please read  the  jackasses tweet  below (posted right after Donald started to crack down) and tell me why we have 250 people  each day crossing illegally right now.

Oh, and the next time you post blasting Mexico for not stopping it's citizens from crossing into the US, please consider the number of refugees you are allowing to cross you boarder into another country... ;)

I've never really considered myself sexist but I think this is perhaps clear evidence of why they shouldn't be allowed to vote because they'll just pick George Clooney if given a chance; and even if he turns out to be a rapist like Bubba you'll forgive him anything cuz he's just SO good looking.  ::) ;D

Cool post.  Thank you, YP.

The real answer to fix this mess and drain the swamp is Get. Money. Out. Of. Politics.  It is the only way to truly drain the swamp. Reverse Citizen United and get rid of lobbyist influence. I never said I didn't want term limits

You really are heartless. How would Nancy Pelosi pay for her daily botox injections if we did that?!  ::)

Nice narrative but NO! They're in collusion with the Dems on this because it's really the Republican's bill and the Dems are shameless lackey sellouts carrying water for them.  ::) ;D

Who are you arguing with? Certainly not me. Obama is a centrist, not a liberal. Yes, the Republicans are owned by the insurance companies, big pharma, big oil/coal, name your favorite lobbyist. Drain the swamp indeed

Well, isn't it obvious to you yet that Trump's not exactly a team player that way? Perhaps strict party lines and the whole team thing is a little passe now.

Sad he lost his 19yo son. Didn't know he had a son that old, he seems younger. As for the accusations who cares. Sexual harassment accusations happen now if a dude makes eye contact with a female. And of course when they're done by a president with his subordinate intern that's private and no ones business.

This is the beauty of independent internet media taking over. Most have no advertisers therefore they aren't beholden to advertisers when advertisers are blackmailed by the Gloria Allred lynch mob. The only issue independents have to deal with is the left who runs big tech and their sensorship of free speech. But that's being exposed as well.

The woman who made these accusations certainly took advantage of Fox News Corps as a platform for her views for YEARS before she made these allegations. She's also pushing for statute of limitations to be removed from rape and sexual abuse cases...but that's not a conflict of interest though.  ::)

These harpies basically want the doors left open forever ad infinitum on the possibility of charging a man they don't like with rape...just in case they go spouting off conservative views that they don't agree with.  ;)

Such a sad case

That little trick is all you guys got left and it's so incredibly stupid to the point that only a literal simpleton would actually fall for it...which, of course, explains it's mass appeal to the left.  :D
