But still no "Ark Midnight #10"...

Someone, I don't remember who, and made the excuse that they had something happen with the episode, that had made them unable to post it.  ::)

I really don't know what to say.  It seems that Wells must have an appreciation for my rascally posts, as on my subscription page, he is giving me 6 days to consider reinstating my subscription at my current $15.00 for three months rate.  Maybe the man Does have a heart, and a sense of humor after all.  I shall take my 6 days to consider my decision with these new revelations in mind.

Dudes and Dudettes,...

I am glad Maggie Rose took her sheet off, (Klan robe), to do this interview....

After listening to her I realize why the Harny County trespassing group was arrested...

According to her, if your property is not, locked up and secured, it is free for the taking, no questions asked...

My 85 year old mother leaves her keys in her car ashtray, for easy access for her, so according to Maggie Rose, her car is free for the taking....

(She lives on an area, 1/2 mile from any neighbor)...

According to Maggie Rose, if you find it and it is not tightly secured, you can use it without permission or steal it....

That is a real screwed up way at looking at personal property rights and trespassing....

After listening to her, I understand why those other crazies were shot down…

I am not saying those deaths were right or wrong, but according to Maggie Rose’s interview, it was justified, as shooting a fleeing thief is justified…

Bomar

Thank You for the review Bomar, I appreciate it very much!

You have to remind me to send you the test JazGabCast I did where MV called in. You'd be the only person in the world to own a copy. I can't send it now as I'm about to go to sleep and it's on my computer in the jazshack.

Thank You Jaz, I would treasure it.  :-*

If I'm keeping the seat warm for MV that would make me Jimmy Church. Right?  :o ;)

No. It makes you a bellgabber going above and beyond to keep "bellgab on the air"  together.  Not only do you do your own special jazcast, but you take additional time out of your busy schedule to try to throw us a jazmunder hosted GabCast, where you try to fill the void left while we all hope that MV's interest will return.   :-*

This thread is deader than Falkie's pud.

I'm posting this latest video in the thread for you IB.  I heard you say you don't like going around hunting for Falkies videos, that you like to watch them when you see them posted, So here is the latest for you:

Sandra and I have a complicated relationship. We are locked in an eternal power struggle. My goal is to entice her to host a GabCast featuring Hoagie as a Secret Door guest.

Also the tux has been retired. I only own a birthday suit now.

I believe you have your Tux Jaz.  As I said, I have heard you look simply maaaavelous in your Tux.  I feel certain that you wear it when you are broadcasting on the air, and it saddens me to hear that there is an eternal unresolvable power struggle, bringing you frustration. And I can understand wanting us to think you no longer have your tux.  On the other hand,  I know how you enjoy spreading joy and happiness with a genuine heart.  This situation must surely bring you distress.  Thank You for caring about us enough to do us a GabCast when you are able, to keep the seat warm for MV.  It means a lot to myself, and probably to many other bellgabbers who might, or might not say so.  :-*

You were mean to me in my thread :(

Maybe ask him if he could make sure he is wearing his Tux when he addresses you, in order to make up for his grievance against you.  That's what I did.  I hear Jazmunder looks very nice in his Tux, and he really does genuinely like to try to make people happy.

We were quite fortunate, actually. I did see the forum at CTM. It was quite vanilla and boring, except for a couple of malcontents called Bomar and Brig.

I feel cheated after last night.  :-\

Listening back to these times, I can understand people going through a tremendous feeling of let down, and having trouble drumming up the energy to do a live show. The expectations had to be tremendous on so many levels, so I have hope and patience.  In some ways, these archives are better than anything we could do live as a gabcast right now.  I hope to see the spec sheet come back, to keep us current on tech, with MV and the MudKing, just to name a few of our bellgab tech experts, and some version of the TrainWreck, even if its just MV alone with callers, to keep us current on politics and world events.  If not, I enjoy waking up and listening to UFO ship with my coffee, and while I do other stuff during the day.  I have Clyde for current events for now, so I'll survive.  I hope we ALL do.  I hope those that have left will return, and that we have unexpected good things coming with the future.

Oh my, Heather aka (Redacted) appears to 'clear' the air...

It didn't go so well for her when she appeared and attempted
to do the same vs bateman.

JUST as I had suspected, I am not listening alone.

Praise MV!

It's wonderful to have these histories archived, and played for us randomly 24/7!

hello brig... long time, no speak... hope you are well...

I wandered into MV's site here last evening (MV does a heck of a job) as it was a vestige for me from Art's show before he bailed yet again...  I noticed several people posting here and your(?) mention that ctm had added a comment section to their site was quite surprising as the history of all comment sections of the original ctm Forum and latter areas of john's ctm site have had an interesting history - to put it mildly...

I still download ctm shows and hurl them onto my mp3 player and listen occasionally... life goes on...

don't recognize many of the posters here - but did see a few on ctm's new comments section from the original ctm Forum, which I left before it was closed down by john's mgmt...

take care brig...

I'll still be here in the thread.  I hope some others from over at CTM can manage to find us here.  That way, we can all keep in touch, CTM or NO CTM.

Unless you have an eidetic memory, its common to not remember things as they took place, and even an eidetic memory sees it as a set of still frames. 'Eye witness' statements are never used in court unless there is corroborating (Forensic) evidence to support it (Well, in the UK anyway). You could have a dozen people witness the same event and you'd get thirteen different accounts. Its what the human brain does naturally; it imagines, it tries to make sense of the nonsensical. That isn't lying, its just a natural function.

Yes. Shock changes "impressions".

I like to think it would be an upgrade, rather than just a modern-day designer conspiracy meme based on selling fear (which is probably what this all is), but it could instead be an 'update' - like windows 8 was an update but not necessarily an upgrade.

and no, that weekend fucking sucked.

I can relate to that.  It's like fixing an old table made of beautiful wood, instead of going out and spending money on a brand new fancy, modern, fiberboard table.

Men's voices are usually deep and soothing. I usually prefer them on radio as well. With tv, it doesn't make as much of a difference for some reason.

It's Raining Men! Hallelujah
It's Raining Men! Amen!

Heheh yeah, that's the indiscretion I was trying to distract from  ;)

No indiscretion, I was being honest. No need to distract.  I hope people are still allowed their preferences without being called names.

No matter, either way, "sticks and stones" and all that...

I took someone's advice and wrote a letter asking them to honor my subscription till end of period (September 15th).

Not a single word.

I'm not surprised.  These people (CTM) are part of what's wrong with Capitalism; greed and lack of integrity.

My feelings precisely.  I refuse to give them a single hollow copper penny at this time.
