Wasn’t there. They probably just took a copy of Art’s contract and changed the names and the terms. I don’t think they would have paid a lawyer to draw up a new one.

Their income is based on subscriptions for access to the archives. Keith only owns the rights to Art’s MITD shows. He was only on MITD from 7/20/2015 to about 12/7/2015. 5 nights per week. One month of subscribing and you can download all of the shows,  including Heather’s.
