She writes like she thinks she even has the power to effect anything.  Pfwt!  Another delusional.

Frikkin Canadians. Next they will want the Stanley Cup back. We should have annexed their cute little winter playland after the Pig War.

Ramona was of Philippine descent.  She was born and raised, in Havvai'i.

Art went through her ethnicity. I don’t remember all the components but I vaguely remember Hawaiian, Jamaican, Filipina and some anglo component like Irish.

That's it! the connection..I'm dumb founded, Laura you're a genius.

Art missed Romona's lovely voice so he hired Heather... that's surrrely why

Then why did he allow Dr J on the network or have him as a producer?

Poor Ramona.

I know someone who tries to downplay her asthma.  I just heard today that, due to her use of steroids, she had a fungus growing in her vocal cords or lungs... I didn't pay good attention. The result was a weak voice.

Shit, that can't be helpful to living comfortably.

Filipinas that I have known seem to have asthma a lot too.  I know it's a small sample size and anecdotal...  My only guess is due to humidity and cockroaches.

Art went through her ethnicity once and she was only a part filipina. Her maiden name was Hayes and they met in Las Vegas. I doubt that she ever lived in the Philippines. Or the tropics for that matter.

I just heard Art's voice too! I guess they had him prerecord saying every variation of time and temperature before he died...or he's still alive.

Gonna be awhile for those autopsy reports then.

There's an advertisement for some kind of health product that sounds like HW's voice.  Her natural voice not her bizarro fake MITD cartoon voice.

I thought someone already determined that Heather Wade does not exist. It is a voice entity created either by Karen Jackson or Anne B Leonard.

That HAS to be Art

Fucker unquit!

I’m confused..

Did you write all of that, or some dude named Bill Garner? Or are you some dude named Bill Garner?

Someguy named Bill Garner posted that comment on Heather’s FB page. It was too long to screen shot with my iPhone. WhiteCrow is just in master troll mode.

I just finished my move this morning around 4. Internet was hooked up an hour ago. Quick rundown on the latest?

Looks like Keith is soliciting people for other Art tributes to run on DMDN. Also, I love how he's choosing the worst possible episodes to replay.

Yes. It is like he is purging his archives in case he has to show his next employer a catalog of his work.

these people are fucking stupid. As far as I’m concerned, she’ll never get another radio job. She’ll be a YouTuber or two-bit Podcaster. Who the hell would hire her?

I am guessing Bill Garner

Heck, call Hawaii-50, they had that shit figured out in the 1970s.

They just mailed everything to NASA

We need to pray for Bill Garner

Heather, I am not even sure if you are reading these or not with all of the negativity roaming about on these threads.  I am not sure if we have any other means of reaching you other than your email.  In which I am sure hundreds of us have tried.

I can recall the first time I heard you. It was an interview you had done with Art about his return through webcast or podcast or whatever you want to call it.  I loved the interview, and It was the first time we had the chance to hear his side of the story on everything that had previously happened, and of course about his upcoming plans.

It didn’t seem less than a year or 90 some odd episodes in, I once again was blessed with hearing your voice for a second time.  Only this time you were not only just giving an interview, but rather you were hosting filling in for Art indefinitely.  Boy we could all tell you were a bit overwhelmed with the task in which you had before you at the time.  It was no wonder either.  I mean how many guest hosts had Art gone through in the past.  Without mentioning names, cough cough (George Norry), one could see how this task could be daunting to say the least.

With the above mentioned you held your head high and very graciously trucked along.  In the face of severe criticism, you managed to not only do the show, but rather at a time when Keith was wondering how he was going to refund every one’s money while dealing with all of the affiliates canceling, which were coming aboard nightly at the time, you became stronger and stronger with every show, and eventually making the show your very own.

I think it is a safe bet to say that being a late night host of a show with all the topics at hand didn’t seem to be your life’s long ambition, but Art saw something in you.  Something I’m not even sure you saw in yourself.  Along the way we the Audience grew with you.  We laughed with you, cried with you, and got angry with you. However, above all else, we adored, and came to love you.  As I stated in another post, you most certainly did not fill his shoes, but what you did was more than that.  You showed us his legacy could live on.  Live on in a way that he appreciated and admired himself.

I can only imagine what you must be going through at the moment.  Maybe you just want to say forget it.  I’m done.  Maybe you are thinking, I did what he asked.  I covered the show while he was getting better, and now that he is gone, I don’t have to do it anymore.  Maybe this isn’t what you are thinking at all.  Yes, we have read the posts you have shared, and we all had fun too. We also all love you very much as well.

Without completely understanding, we know you are feeling somewhat alone, like your team isn’t listening to you.  That has to have a slight sting of betrayal to it.  I imagine this was not their intent, as we are all grieving this devastating loss in our own way.  Maybe it is something completely off the wall which none of us has a clue of.  Anything is possible. None of us knows the whole story.

I noticed one of your posts leading up to this stating you did not believe in magic anymore.  Losing faith in one’s belief can be devastating, not to mention being compiled with the current situation.  I am sure you are doing a lot of searching deep down, wondering what to do.

Heather, you have touched us in a way which we will never forget.  We are all hopeful you will someday return to us, as there is no other in the field like you.  There was one, but no more.  You are it as far as most of us are concerned.  With that said, we will wait.  As long as it takes.  However, on the off chance that day never comes know this; we the fans enjoyed your venture deeply, and from the bottom of our hearts we would like to say “Thank You”
