Is that the actor from Phantasm in that clip?
I don't think so, it's Trailer Park Boys, on netflix and various sources on the internet.  By far one of the funniest shows ever...and that's Science, so don't argue it!

Curious?  why is Security Essentials now defunct?  Still working for me no problems on Windows 7.  Just read further - didn't realize you were strictly speaking about XP - more like Microsoft Windows XP now defunct, not their antivirus software.

How about we take all the efforts to find that lost airplane, and move actual rescue operations to find possible survivors of the korean ship that sunk in only 120 foot of water.  Ya know, and in such a way that air pockets more than likely did occur and therefore there COULD be potential survivors trapped inside.  I've seen that story about people surviving at sea in capsized boats, why not this??

WoW, so having a new awareness in at least some forms of energies on this planet between all living things (NO Midochlorian jokes) - Had a pet go missing for 3 days, then a wild crazy dream tonight that woke me up to the sound of THE missing cat, the dream was about the latest eclipse and was very close to my heart so waking up after confronting the dream by asking it if it was a dream, especially due to the way the cat sound was portrayed as crying in my dream, till it woke me up -  makes ya have to seek out answers, knowing you may not find them or they may not be what they seem.  Some times you gotta just ask questions even if you don't want the answer.

Yeah this could be random thoughts too - but it's Life, and it can annoy me sometimes.

would i be correct about you calling into DM and mentioning Misawa? i was deployed there years ago with VP-9. had a hell of a time. ran around with a lot of the USAF people. was even a member of the Misawa Maskers putting on M.A.S.H.  learned about Wesson parties  8)  discovered the base armory.... exploded stuff... fired my first M-16. awesome snow. awesome crater lake. awesome earthquakes. just a great place on and off base.
Yep that was me.  Japan was an awesome place, and will always hold a place in my mind/heart.

There's a funeral home in Columbus that says in ads that they can tailor make the funeral services for the deceased.  They loved gardening...plant flowers... race car for NASCAR fans....etc.

Thought about asking them.... I'm a fantasy fiction fan.  Like Robert Jordan, George RR Martin, JRR Tolkien, or David Eddings style of work.  What are the laws on funeral pyres these days?  Or another option, boat down a river and lit by a flaming arrow.  How hard is to to track someone down who can fire a flaming arrow well?  Or a simpler request.... are wailers available nowadays?  Thought I heard about a couple years ago someone was bringing that "service" back...
Honestly the big roman fire cremations would work for me with everyone of loved ones there to witness and sing/dance/drink whatever around the fire - as long as someone special was there to take some of my ashes and dispose of them in a proper place, in accordance with my will, and the rest could take a part of me or not who cares, the rest just drift off into the air.

Here's and interesting tidbit and could have implications for all our podcasters out there as well as a topic for a later Spec Sheet once details and pricing emerge.

With the recent announcement that RetroTV will be broadcasting MST3K episodes beginning on July 5th, antenna television is looking better all the time. They have the rights to 26 episodes, and while not a lot, still excellent to be riding the airwaves again.

While the pharaohs have become reclining husks akin to dessicated horned ancient astronaut locusts waiting for a never coming Judgment Day, Mystery Science Theater 3000 will never die.

List of broadcast affiliates for RetroTV:

NICE i forgot bring to light the April 1st airing of Total Riff Off on Nat Geo, with each show being 1 hour but demon bat was their one episode they followed one story the entire time, the rest was 5-10 minute jabs at various shows.  Either way the 3 hours of this plus it's 3 hrs of repeats where all #1 in their time slots - beating out S.H.I.E.L.D's return episode too.  SO these guys still got it that's for sure. Check out rifftrax.com for more info and they do a pretty good job on most movies i've listened to.  About 25 in total viewed.

Great stuff!

PS daily motion i think it is, and def. youtube have every episode of MST3k post/prior Joel.

in the 70s i got to see one of the real ones do a victory roll over the runway in Kadina. it was gliding.. at least no engine noise... until it went vertical after the roll. i get goose bumps recalling it.
Nice, I got see my share of planes coming and going during my 8 years in the USAF - but seeing it at Lackland and actually being able to stand next to one even if it's just a decoration piece was still awesome.  I bet what you saw was awesome and probably classified back then!

I think it's an April Fool's joke.

That being said some of the stuff peeps are pointing out about the non-compete - he says there, if they would let me out of my non-compete i could be going head to head with him, but since NOT released, I can go at these times....well if the non-compete were still enforced then the times wouldn't matter, he wouldn't be able to compete...when it's over, then the time slot doesn't either.  Silly attempt at humor by Art -n- Co, but whatever, he can do that and we'll all hang on as much as we've each decided.  For me, I've decided to just take it in stride, if he comes back great, but oh well if he doesn't.  I won't be buying any of his products and a free show is the only way I'll listen to him now.  And i'll give him six weeks too lol, if the show aint up to snuff - then off the computer, delete him forever lol.

Casio claims the caller wasn't him, and that I should "fuck off"... for whatever that's worth.
HA - well he should have said HEY don't you have some OFF's over there, to go ya know, go FUCK! - but then you'd say ain't you got some fake plastic doll head to go fuck...

From a Tech standpoint - I could hear the slight echo at the beginning that MV was talking about, and the skype sounds in the background were a little distracting at times only to the point I thought they were mine, but i blame other substances for the heightened senses =P

Great Episode Gents - My belief on the call is that it was Casio - sounded like him.

(BTW THIS IS NO BULLSHIT, my latest adblock+ is no longer functioning 100 percent and some things slip thru, yet fully updated version.) - BUT i have gotten 3 or 4 video adverts on youtube now that had a 5 second Casiodarkmoon video on it, WTF IS THAT ABOUT! pardon my french!

Surface also is no longer offering some shitty version of the keyboard they had been...without advertising it.

Gonna say depending on how close/far away you were I'd want some HD photos =P , but are you in the vaporization proximity or entirely blinded and put on fire and actually feel agonizing pain lol - i'd say you probably have to live within 1 mile and 25-50 mile radius depending on wind patterns if your west your probably fine in most cases, so keep going west when possible.

I would also mention that pakistan/india are probably the two most watched nuke states besides the top 5/6 of us, because of their own strife and close proximity, additionally their radar system is an automatic response type versus man require to push the button.  An all or nothing launch upon detection of the othersides launch.  There can't be the close calls like there was between USSR and the US.

I do disagree about the cold war, I just think it's Cold War II, begun this cold war hasz.

Either way decent show guys liked the content.  I'll try to listen live next time.
