KJMR-LP is a Low Power FM (LPFM) station. KJMR-LP got its call letters just shy of 3 years ago on 10/08/2014, FCC granted them a license on 02/22/2016. Broadcasting from a 100 foot tall tower, that is 300 feet below the average terrain, with 100 watts of output. Whoever listens needs to be near Chattaroy, Washington. 10 miles would be about the limit for decent reception on a 100' tower at 100 watts with flat terrain. However below average reception could occur at almost half or double the 10 mile radius, so that could mean anywhere from 5-20 mile radius with below average to bad reception. 

Reception distance and quality depends upon many factors, terrain, how sensitive the tuner is, how many other high power stations are in the area; especially on adjacent frequencies, size and direction the antenna is pointed, and weather being some of the basic overall factors.

Let me clarify what I wrote above, for P*B. Rodrigo Duterte shortly after becoming President, unilaterally decreed using extrajudicial killings as his FIRST go-to option, in his war on drugs. Before trying to use many other options that are available.   

It's quite telling how P*B edited my post using a single line of text, destroying the context, just to spin more of his fact free narratives. Nice try. I took the liberty of inserting the paragraph to give context to the line he took out of context.

How quickly he abandoned the ideal held so near and dear, upon seeing a world leader exercise the power of expedience, over rule of law. P*B hides behind the Constitution and Rule of Law, using it as a weapon when it suits him. Then he rapidly discards those principles favoring the power of expedience, as it suits him.

You can't have it both ways. Holding such opposing views shows emptiness of character, a moral bankruptcy devoid of a true center. Any means necessary at all cost, seems to be the true alter from which people worship, despite all the empty bloviating. This is a problem BOTH the Left and Right currently have. And it is part of why we are getting ever worse politicians to vote for. Most people don't seem to understand this self-evident concept anymore.

I'm sticking to the facts, provided by their own Constitution that dictates the Rule of Law. Not preaching what I believe from a high horse. It's simply holding officials & politicians feet to the fire. To Uphold the oath they took from their nations. Adhering to the Rule of Law is the foundation that gives nations stability. Which in turn can create a somewhat more level playing field for its people to prosper. Ignoring Rule of Law can have the opposite effect. Giving nations special treatment only encourages bad behavior. I want them to prosper. If other nations are prosperous, they might not seek to migrated elsewhere. Which can save money on building walls, and fighting court cases, and political football arguments ad-nauseam.

I don't seek to interfere with any nations Laws or Due Process, INCLUDING THE USAs. I have to trust in my nations Due Process, even if I don't like or think the outcome is correct. To do otherwise would mean the demise of our Republic as it stands. The USAs justice system isn't swayed by what anyone believes, or what anyone thinks is right or wrong, or what anyone deems as just or unjust. Law Enforcement and Judges do their jobs, showing their work, from whence their opinions come. Outcomes can be appealed multiple times, to be overturned or upheld. With everyone showing their work, as to why, and how they decide the outcome of the case at hand. Do I believe our justice system is perfect? HELL no. On the other hand what endeavor of man is perfect?

You are the one opining from upon high about how other countries need special treatment, letting them ignore their own Constitutions & Laws. You are proposing a equivalent to political affirmative action on a sliding scale, as compared to the USA. They can do as they wish without interference, but that doesn't negate their bad behavior, nor should it negated ones opinion of said behavior.
