Gee, that’s funny.  I could have sworn that the MSM has had to públically eat most of their hysterical  claims involving matters of substance and fire people.  Not in your world, huh?  You find Trump’s staffing problems of much more significance..  I see.

I once thought you were just another Brit twit but like Trump I can adjust my opinion in the light of additional amplifying information.  I am now convinced that you are a hopeless Brit twit.

Well, you might have sworn it, it doesn't make it true. CNN suspended an anchor because of a story that was put out on a whim. I don't see Fox doing the same with the daily bollox they spout; Ahh, but then their purpose isn't to dispatch news, it's to satisfy one person who uses what he sees on Fox to prompt a tweet that then (we are told by his press officers) become policy. His staffing problems are an issue; It shows what a shocking judge of character he is in deciding who can do a job.

With all the corruption within our political system and government agencies that has been identified, your concern is with Trump’s staffing problems?  I once thought you were just another Brit twit, but like Trump, my opinion can change with amplifying information.  I now believe you are a hopeless Brit twit.

We were assured by Trump he'd install 'all the best people'..So far (and this is a VERY small sample) we've had a National security advisor who he was warned against employing, and who (And I still find it incredible considering his background) lied to the FBI about his Putin and Turkey connections. Another three who have either been indicted or pleaded guilty. An ex 'Apprentice' TV actor, we're on the second C of S, I've lost count of the press gimps, several cabinet members have gone because of their vested interests being exposed or using our dime for personal travel. He's gone through lawyers too, a legal go between who jumped ship because he realised that Ivanka's old PR Hope Hicks (Now director of communication) was landing everyone in the shit, We have his daughter and son in law (who has been tasked with solving the ME problems) who he said he wouldn't put in the WH and I have no idea what their purpose is other than to mop his brow and tell him they love him still. Then you have his two fuckwitted sons going on telly saying stupid things that must have the lawyers cringing.

I don't know where you've worked, but that isn't a very well structured organisation. Would you trust Trump to be a submarine captain?

It’s not Trump himself that is the idol.  It’s the idea of having someone in office that puts America first and doesn’t knuckle under to the corrupt establishment and its minions in MSM.

The sad thing is, you really believe that. His 'minion' (Though I suspect it's the other way around) is Hannity and Fox and Friends. Trump doesn't put anything or anyone first but himself. He has a LOT of anger issues with his father not loving him.

Quote
Do I get a kick out of his poking his finger in the eye of his political foes who continue to underestimate him and are finding themselves increasingly on the defensive, you bet.  Does he still give me cringe moments, absolutely.

Underestimate him? ROFL!!!! They play him like a cheap fucking violin. All they have to do (Domestic and international) is tell him he's wonderful. He only listens to the last thing said to him, which is why they all vie to be that person. He hasn't a clue what it is they're saying or meaning and as for his own 'strategic' thinking, he doesn't know what that is. It's why his lawyers are terrified of him going to chat with Mueller, he'd just let his mouth go and say whatever he thought in that moment was the right answer, even if he contradicted himself two minutes later.  ;D

Quote
In my mind the measure of an Politician is what he does and not what says.  As Hilliary told us, pols have a public position and a private position which often are direct opposites of the other..  So far I have seen no evidence of that in Trump.  According to all that has been reported it is extremely hard for his advisors to persuade him to revise or abandon a position but he is also a pragmatist and has adjusted to changing circumstances when necessary.   His lack of political polish, clumsy choice of words and knee jerk responses notwithstanding, he’s getting things done in the face of unprecedented level of highly orchestrated opposition and foul play on the part of swamp denizens.

Is fundamental. Being the POTUS matters. Words matter. Even nuances of words matter on the international stage. Him goading the fat kid with 'fire and fury' comments isn't a good thing. But the manchild is so full of his own self importance he doesn't even comprehend what an idiot he is or seen by the rest of the world.

Sure thing lemming.

Pudofile fantasy: Those darn Republicans worship the ground Trump walks on. Never having the balls or open mindedness to criticize Trump!

You do, and erm, you don't..

Quote
Reality: The biggest hurdles Trump faces are from the Republican Party.

Nope..the biggest hurdle the GOP face is Trump.. They've nailed their colours to that particular hoist, they own it. Hence all the 'retirements' so far.

Quote
Pudofile fantasy: Like Obama and all that criticism and resistance he received from his fellow DemoKKKRats.

I never voted for him..Your fuck buddy MD did however... ;D

Quote
Reality: Obama was the textbook example of cult of personality. See 2008 Nobel Peace Prize. See Obamacare. See 8 years of 1% growth praised by his worshipers in the demokkkrat party, their media, and by the lemming followers.

Hmm, but he didn't demand loyalty as a condition of him taking you seriously. Trump even then doesn't take anyone seriously, but it is important to him that he's adored.

Thank you for sharing your fantasy world version of reality. It’s a daily reminder of the mountain we must climb to fix the mess we currently face.

We? Trump is your boy, you fix him. Has he claimed ownership of yesterdays 1000 point drop on the DOW. No? Didn't think he would.

FOX reports that claims of ex wives of Rob Porter are questionable because they are both punchy.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/02/08/white-house-rob-porter-investigation-is-ongoing.html

Okay, admit it.  I had some of you humourless liberal cranks going there for a minute didn’t I.

Of course Fox says it. They're the default apologists for wife beaters. By their sick logic a victim can't be a victim if they fight back..He's about 6'4" and about 220-250 pounds so it stands to reason he'd come off second best, right? Maybe they 'asked for it' because they're women? And come on, he only gave one of them a black eye, it isn't exactly a crime is it?
And Kelly insists it's all 'news' to him; Course it is, (Huge rolling of eyes) his ex's told the FBI as part of the background check he was a thug, so it goes without saying they would have not told Porter's immediate boss. That includes Preibus beforehand.

As for being humourless, I can't see any humour in assaulting women, but you clearly do.. Here's a few photos for you to have a giggle over...

So, is this you going on record as saying that the information is bullshit.  I’m keeping score and so far your record for being right is abysmal.  You need to say one true thing dude just to show you’re not a bot.

I said no such thing. I asked if an informant was the same as a source. So far all the sources that have been quoted in the press have sooner or later been borne out (Imminent resignations, battles between Trump/Senators/reps etc, Flynn's undisclosed connections with Putin being a more well known one) and even when that has come to pass, the Trumpers insist the press is fake. So is an informant the same as a source?
Porter's undignified departure yesterday brings the total of Trump appointees leaving in the last twelve months to nearly forty. That isn't fake.

You should probably give Paul Ryan the heads up about that before he starts tweeting about my $3.79, it's almost two and half times more than the buck fifty he was stoked about last week.

Hold onto it, keep it safe. :)

When the mortgage rates go up (they've already lifted about .5% in the last few weeks) and the health insurance skyrockets (I'm still not sure if it's as Trump said and ACA is dead and buried or still in place, anyone?), the general cost of living higher, that $3.79 will be more important than loose change. I thought it interesting that Mr Paul last night called out the GOP for being hypocrites for supporting a huge debt increase (Although he'd previously voted for one with the tax cut) when the GOP had come down hard on Obama for doing similar.

I don't particularly like coal.  I remember going through Charleston, WV in the 80's and it was a smoggy shithole but if it can be used with minimal pollution then that is fine with me.  I think the issue should be left to the states, in my ideal world anyway.

Coal country folks seem to flock to the jobs the industry provides.  They vote that way anyway. You would think it would be an industry where they would be hiring illegal immigrants doing jobs Americans don't want to do.

My grandfather was a miner from the age of 14 until he was 64. He was invalided out and died three years later with pneumomycosis and emphysema which is terrible to see. He absolutely forbade my dad from going into the industry because he knew what the outcome would eventually be.

It is a filthy, horrible, disgusting job and those who do it don't get paid anywhere near enough to go underground and dig it out because their retirement is likely to be very short (If they live that long) and lead to a horrible death. It's absurd to promote coal production when the future is far removed from fossil fuels.

They've been scrapped. The 'existing laws' were put in place pre Trump. and because Trump didn't bring them in, in his mind they're bad. But it's fine, right up until you need that law to help you fight a bank.

Nope..The source is all the security services plus those in the UK, France, Germany and Holland. Oh and Australia. But hey, what would they know? Trump has the biggest brain ever.

And on a last point: You know the understandable outrage over Equifax having their data base hacked and it's believed half of Americans had their information stolen? Well, quite apart from the TV ads inviting us to avail ourselves of their free offer to see if said info is on the dark web (How very generous eh?), Mulveney has scrapped any plans to investigate and hold Equifax to account for their ineptitude, or the execs who left because of it. In fact, he's pretty much dismantled most of the consumer protections that pertain to financial institutions.

So in future if we have a dispute with the bank and believe we've been ripped off (See Wells Fargo passim) you're on your own and there's nothing in place that will either help you out and force the bank to recompense you or hold the bank to account for ripping you off unless you can afford to take them to court.

You think it is a waste of time and money to find out and stop a foreign adversary interfering with our democratic processes? I don't get it

Even Tillerson has come out and said they haven't anything in place to try and prevent it. Trump hasn't shown any interest or anger that Putin his helping himself. But then, why would he?

Were you this interested in office romances with the royals?  With BHO and the bathhouse boys?  With Rumors of Michelle’s crotch rocket?  Can’t remember you discussing Eileen Wellstone while Clinton was running. Dubya might have been a dunce, but I don’t remember any rumors of sexual dalliances. Bush 41 neither. Carter? I don’t think so. Reagan? Well he was the first divorcee but if he cheated he doesn’t remember it. Ford was too clumsy. Nixon too ugly. Johnson - I’m sure he had at least one on the side. Kennedy?  Oh yeah. Let’s see... nearly every president in the last 60 years that has a well known history of sexual escapades, they all seem to be democrats. Now the Republicans get one and it is back to the days of the Puritans.

How has any of that got anything to do with the women (some of whom were girls at the time) accusing Trump of sexual assault or unwanted advances? By his own admission, he likes to 'grab em by the pussy', as well as confirming with Howard Stern, Ivanka was 'hot'. I couldn't care less about office romances if it's consenting adults, but I draw the line with anyone pretty much being a sexual predator and admitting to it.
