Another History revisionist who thinks that Hitler was some sort of Right-Winger!

Hitler was a right wing fascist. It's why he was supported by the right wing Daily Mail (proprietor Lord Rothermere) in the 30's.. Unless it's believed he had a vision of everyone in Germany (and eventually the world) having self determination and in control of their own means of production; Hmmm, don't think so.

This is him having a tête-à-tête with the vicious bastard, and his comment in his paper at the time.

Or... the result of the mass conscious hate of all bankers.

Or simply bollox. What is the statistical analysis on all professional suicides in the same time frame I wonder, across all demographs? In round figures. Farmers for instance, or insurance sales staff, or engineers, or bus drivers, or soldiers, or airline pilots...

I would never buy a Cadillac, but if I were thinking about it, I would think again because I wouldn't want to be associated with such a jackass.

Hmm, They don't sell many in the UK. Cadillacs that is. GM do, in various guises and frankly the build quality is shite.

Yes Yorkshire, this means you will solve Fermat's Last Theorem or suffer the consequences.   ;D

Fermats how many? Does it come with onion relish?

Apparently the people of Arizona are not ready for a public viewing (local flower establishment, grocery store, Wallmart Valentine's Day card section & Corner of 2 major roadways) of my  brand of holiday  "Artwork" (pube-art)
The nice officers seemd to enjoy it thought (ROFLAO). After a short ride, they even took pictures! (mugshots)
People are so uptight!

Too right bud. Political correctness gone mad!

Are you trying to tell me that Sirius XM was good with Art Bell working month-to-month?  What you are saying is that it is was A-OK with Sirius for Bell to work only one month and then quit!  You make me laugh.  The last time I checked Sirius is a for profit corporation.  Sirius did costly marketing surveys to see if Bell would meet audience acceptance and subsequent profits before making an offer to entice over-eggoed Bell to return to the air.  Sirius had advertising and extensive legal costs including a contract that Bell signed.  Sirius expected to make big bucks off this deal.  They were not in the contract for a month!  Sirius installed at their expense a fully functional studio in Bell’s double-wide pre-fabricated home (and now they have to go to Pahrump to disassemble it under hostile conditions).  Etc.  And etc.  Bell broke a binding contract and the matter is not legally resolved.

Really? Who knew? Why has no-one mentioned this before?

I have one more option to the above, who thinks Falkie believes you actually trademark something just by putting a (TM) next to it?

Falkie belives he's got his finger on the pulse of the whole paranormal, UFO and WW2 aircraft development topic: Over and above what anyone else might know. I really don't think mere technicalities as far as trademarking is concerned will bother him, do you?

Pretty clever stuff but looks more like a Jackdaw rather than a crow. Jackdaws are noted for their intelligence, they can be taught to talk.

I'll need to check that out. My favorite of all time is the series in which they try to kill a Nissan Hilux, even though it got Jeremy (soon to be Jennifer) in trouble from the environmentalists because he drove it into a tree. Classic episodes.
Clarkson is a strange animal really. I have a good friend who grew up with him in Doncaster, and told me that if their 'gang' (of which Clarkson wasn't a member) met Clarkson's gang, Clarkson ran away! But other than that Clarkson is also very well read, very intelligent and fairly forthright on various things. He's also deeply patriotic and has immense respect for our armed services and if you look on YT, he presented a wonderful pair of documentaries: One about the Victoria cross, and also one about the joint RN/commando raid on St Nazaire.

Top Gear can't be beat. Great show.

Not sure you'll have it yet in the US, but last sunday's show had the new McClaren P1 in Belgium and ending up at Spa racing circuit. Incredible thing..back in the studio Hammond pointed out that later they'll be testing the to be released Porsche hybrid supercar (like the P1), and it could be faster than the P1...Clarkson has bet him that if the German offering is faster, he'll change his name by deed poll to Jennifer.

come on man, he LOOOVES the u.k. stuff, he throws around lorry and lift and flat and all the phrases he knows 'mericans recognize as being british.  PLEASE let him be broadcasting from a 1970's Winnebago on the side of a dusty Texas road.  Can you do that for me?  I will NEVER ask you for anything ever again!

It isn't exactly like a Winnebago, but, well it's all I could manage to afford after a collection... And it can be parked up on a road somewhere, again, not Texas, but I promise it's the UK.

OK, if you all knew this the whole time and it just clicked for me then well, crap....

So JBW is really into his faux brit stuff correct?  I watch the U.K. version of Top Gear and on that show, they destroy motorhomes but they refer to them as caravans.  The new JBW podcast, Caravan to Midnight, has sounded sorta like it was recorded near a truck stop (when I first heard #2 I commented on it and another poster has as well).

A caravan is an Arabian group of travellers using camels who went on trade routes together as a defence against bandits. In the UK a towed shed on wheels is known as a caravan; A motorhome is what you call an RV, from really small to huge things.

I suspect JBW is using 'caravan' in the original meaning. A collection of traders (or audience) on its travels from one place to another using their safety in numbers to deter bandits ('them')...just a theory. Incidentally, is faux the new fake?

Shed on wheels, AKA Caravan.

??  I didn't say she should have been abused.  I'm just saying she probably had some issues.   Doesn't mean he didn't do something wrong.    Were you abused as a child pud?

No I wasn't, but sadly I know several (mainly women) who were. 'Having issues' is not mitigation for abuse; if you didn't imply that, then I apologise.

My thought on this is, aside from it being appalling, let your wife discipline her own kids, you discipline yours. This girl was innocent, it was entirely a bullying bastard called Morse.   I think it's likely this is only coming out now because they got divorced.

The best part is probably the images of the pubic wigs used on mannequins. Who knew?

Eddies gallery is far bigger than that. Apparently. I heard it somewhere.

Pauline Morse and her daughter, now 12, testified that Melvin Morse used waterboarding as a threat or a form of punishment. Waterboarding as used in the past by U.S. interrogators on terror suspects simulates drowning. Many critics call it torture.

Yeah? That's because it is. Which dumbfuck thinks it isn't?

Quote
According to testimony, the allegations of waterboarding surfaced after the girl ran away. The girl went to a classmate's home the morning after Morse grabbed her by the ankle and dragged her across a gravel driveway into the home, where she was spanked and warned of worse punishment the next day. When investigators questioned the girl, then 11, she told them about what she called waterboarding.
Prosecutors argued that in addition to being waterboarded, Morse subjected the girl to other abuse, including being forced to stand with arms outstretched for hours at a time; being confined to her room, where she had to use her toy box or closet as a toilet; and being deprived of food or force fed until she vomited.

Oh my, he'll find a new best friend in jail. One who might just not be best pleased with a child abuser being in close proximity.

Quote
Pauline Morse said she hoped her cooperation with prosecutors will bolster her chances of being reunited with her daughters.

Hmmm, her daughters might not actually give a damn about what the prosecution might think.

This is why I am madly in love with Onan (unbeknownst to him), however Yorkshire and Eddie are still a close second...man boobs and heart pubes and all!

A few pages back Eddie implied his manscaping would be in place by Valentines day... I'm supposing heart shaped, but he's an innovative kinda guy, he might have a full gamut of topiary designs destined for his little haven. I think a 'how to' video placed on Youtube would be beneficial for those of us who might know friends interested in such delights.
