Well I am glad Richard is doing well, I did everything possible to help him, we do very different shows which is also fine. Remember we are on the same team. If some of you like his style better I am more than good with that. I hope he continues to kill it. Remember we are up against Coast, not each other, the better we both do the better chance we have of creating a smaller but better alternative.

One more thing, in "the old days" I would have had the opposite problem, again the World has changed.

I don't mind people being critical, I will say however that Bell Gab is far more critical then compared to other places or email I have received but it is the nature of this board, that has always just been a fact of life here. As somebody said I am a big boy and can take it, don't worry.

My leaving Sirius/XM had nothing to do with critical comments at all, it was a lack of dependable streaming, very poor connections and a lack of caring about Piracy along with a lot of other stuff. I love the set up I have now, no complaints. I think we are doing fine and I will continue to experiment with stuff that seems fun. Not all of it works, the World has changed and I thought it very interesting that I found a well spoken Athiest but could not find a worthy opponent.

If at some point I do decide to stop it would be because I don't get enough time with my Family, we are of course on opposite time clocks and I do miss the time with them but for now it's ok.

Feel free to hack at me as you wish, I can handle it.

The one question I felt he avoided that got to me was, well we know how many visit National Parks and how many disappear how does that compare to the North America average. Has anybody else asked these things?

always has been a mix of real stuff and stuff you have to decide about.

That's right, it takes a team. I have had conversations with Heather and Jaz and we are putting a plan together. I am not afraid to spend money, I just want the best bang for the buck.

Well it's always a question if advertising money is effective or not for something like this. Grassroots works but is slow. Just thinking about it.

Hi everybody, our shows seem to be catching on. I am amazed and really happy that Richard seems to be taking off like a Saturn Five, it took me a while to talk him into it but I can tell he is really starting to have fun. I found Rossy for him and I think that was the magic moment that sent him in the right direction, nobody can do it alone.

Now we have 5 powerful Hours of radio pounding every night of the Week as a high quality alternative
For late night listener's. What we need now is to figure a way to get the word out that we exist, you would be surprised at how many people do not even know I am back or that Richard has even started a show. It seems to me that other then keeping our quality up the main mission is getting the word out. The steady growth shows people are finding us but some sort of National push is what we need and I am thinking about how we can do it.

That's correct, I did boot Kreskin, I corrected the mistake on Twitter, but this troll made a Nasty remark about me, not even the real Randi. Ho hum. The real Randi has also come after me and most everybody in the field.

We might venture forth soon and publish a Guest lineup but yes we had a lot of trouble in the past as many of you know.

I want to say again that the caller's are sounding better and better so I shall not stop my Skype lectures because it is working, anybody else notice?

As always I want to thank all of you who have helped so much with the show. We have only been on a short time and do not have the power of a large Corporation, nor do we want it. I would rather have the time for content and fun. Some shows will be great, some not as much just like the old days. People only remember the good, it's what our brains do.

One thing is clear, our sound. Despite the groans tha education I am doing about Skype is starting to work and the result is evident for all to hear.

Shortwave is cool, BUT if you listen to it these days the only thing that survives is religion because, well they have to put their money someplace. It's sad but it is the way of the World now. The glory days of shortwave are long gone I am sad t say.

The glory days of AM radio are now short. We are still early on streaming but mark my words that is where everything is going.

I am not at all shocked by shortwave not making it, the electric bill is really big for them and about the only people who can afford it are religion based shows. Bob Crane is helping WTWW but even that may not last because it is just not getting many listeners these days.

The same really goes for what we are doing, I told you all that this would be a smaller show because it is on mostly the Internet and this is new stuff for the Public, I do not have a problem with that, it may end up being a listener supported program which is also fine with me. If we don't have many who Advertise with us there is more time for content.

Well almost all Guest's sell something, a book or some such, I thought he was a fast talker.

 I see people on Bell Gab hated the Guest tonight. However all the people on the Wormhole loved it. My email was good on the Guest and what feedback there was on FB liked the Guest. The only caller I had who did not like the Guest was from Bell Gab. hmmmmm, could it be that everybody here is of one mind? I didn't think he was that bad.

Well I got Skype figured out, a day late. I know people wanted Paranormal stories but in a show with a Jury it's just tough to ask them that BUT I will give it a try.

I like trying new stuff, sometimes it works, sometimes not so much. But if you never try new stuff you just end up doing the same old thing, I will keep experimenting.

How about a campaign to call other shows and just say Art Bell is back! That's all they would need to do a Google search and find the show, but I don't think it's a good idea on Coast because (being honest here) that I want their caller's.

Ok, here is a report as I see it now. We have a damn good product, in my view easily the best product by a mile. We have quality programming, we have far better audio, we don't whore the show out with infomercials, we have a small number of commercials, the RSS feed is up to Industry standard and the audio on it is awesome. We are continuing to get subs at 7.99 so all is well.

The only thing we need is to get the word out that we are here, most Don't even know we exist, this is
changing but slowly, we need some way to get the word out faster, I know there are a lot of good thinkers here so any idea's are welcome. Most people joining now we're told by somebody and say something like Wow I thought Art was still in the Philippines. So at this point it's just getting the word out that we exist.

Well I think I will try to be there tonight but I am hurting about this. Ben has been a 30 Year friend, it is truly hard.

On another note I spoke to Peter Robbins a couple of times today and we agree it was a bad misunderstanding, while there were questions that concerned a dispute of facts on the second page of his show notes it did not indicate the personal nature of the attacks. It remains my view that the Paranormal community is not served well by this stuff on air no matter who is right and who is wrong. Peter has written a book about all this that was (he said) to be out when we went on air, at air time he said it will be another Week and a half. I did try pretty hard to lead him away from the personal stuff and back to the story and I guess he felt he wanted to get that stuff out. In my opinion if this stuff has to go on it should be in a book or if bad enough, in court but the Paranormal is already on thin ground with the General Public. Anyway we are good with each other.

Yes it is simply too small a community to be this divided, it already suffers from ridicule without stabbing itself in the back, this has been a serious problem for Years and it is getting worse, much less civility. Yes I could have given him the boot but I kept hoping he would get the idea that I was not going for the attack stuff and start talking about the event itself as he indicated in the pre show material, hell we posted a ton of pictures at his request and I could only get him to mention one. He had other things on his mind.

Well it did upset me, it exactly why the UFO community does not get traction, if they spent half the time in real investigation as they do trying to cut each other's throats they might get some place, I hate that crap

No I did not tell him to get into the dirt, go back and listen. Just before the brake of the last Hour I thought the bashing was over, he said he had something big and not pretty, I was sure it was about the case so I said sure. None of this guys pre show material indicated he was going to do a bash fest. I simply will not allow that on my show, not by anybody, it is not fair to the people who can not respond. He may be a good guy who got bad news just before the show or something, I have no idea. What I read him was directly from the Wormhole word for word. It really pisses me of that somebody would come on a show with a stated intent to talk about a important case and then use the air time to go after other people. I will NOT allow it.
