Is Midnight In The Desert good now that Nathan Stolpman has taken over?

I unsubscribed IMMEDIATELY after the flat-Earth retard took over... but I just checked the MITD website and some guy in a "Russian Bot" t-shirt, who talks openly about our deep state, now seems to be hosting.

Does MITD deserve my subscription again?

Has anyone been listening?

I've been out of the loop for months.

I cancelled my MITD subscription and now I'm seeking another quality paranormal podcast.

I already subscribe to C2C (yeah, yeah, I know) but I'm seeking advice for other paranormal podcasts.

Any serious suggestions?

Roswells fellow truth seekers!

Heather Wade has taken a LOT of time off lately which has resulted in a HUGE amount of replayed episodes...

After Art Bell's death, Keith Rowland was happy for Heather to take whatever time she needed to mourn, however he was not happy with her demands that no guest hosts fill in for her during her two week absence. That would result in repeats being aired instead of live shows and monthly subscribers would only get half of what they paid for.

Thankfully, Keith Rowland fired Heather and is now shortlisting replacement hosts.

In an email to subscribers, Keith stated that:

Dear fellow Time Travelers,

I'm sorry to report, that Heather has chosen not to produce a show or provide a capable fill-in host. In addition, she has taken away any chance of us getting our own fill-in host. This makes it impossible to have live shows in the interim, which most of you have requested.

Consequently, MITD is seeking a replacement host, which is the only option we have to move forward with Art Bell's legacy. I believe I can pull this off by next Monday. I’m excited by the candidates on the short list and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I hope all of you enjoyed my tribute to Art Bell shows these last few days. I enjoyed putting them together.

Your hard-working servant, Keith

Personally, I couldn't be happier!

Heather was OK I guess, but I never consider her one of my favorite paranormal talk radio hosts.

Art could justify being prickly pain in the ass to work with because he was a phenomenon... Heather, no so much.

I subscribe to MITD for the guests and I'm delighted to get some fresh blood starting as soon as Monday!

I encourage everyone to tune in on Monday's show to see what the new host is like!

I'd love to know more about this video, but I can't find any info whatsoever.

From what I can remember, the fairly recent case involves a woman who returned to visit her old home that she moved out of a few years prior... and when the residents answered the door, they freaked out because apparently they often see her an apparition of her that haunts their home.

I've heard it referenced several times by paranormal investigators on Coast to Coast AM and I'm trying to track down info / the source of the story.

Does anyone have any info about this case?

I heard this rumor on Reddit and I was wondering if anyone can confirm it?

Also, does anyone know or want to speculate on what the update may be?

I found it odd that Heather Wade would do that, given she has a bad history with Noory and she has her own show to make announcements on...

Coast to Coast AM stinks!

These days I only listen to the guest hosts and almost always avoid George Noory.

So let's try to make it better, hey?

I propose, rather than only making fun of the once awesome show, we try to help too.

So please take a moments to complete this three question survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/D7Y8CB9

After a month or two I will bombard every Coast to Coast AM contact email with the results... and I'll post the results here too!

Did Art Bell ever do a show about Numbers Stations?

I always thought, or suspected, that Art did, but I went searching today and found nothing.

If so, does anyone have the show date so I can at least try to source it?

Thanks!

I've listened to a few of Art's Halloween specials and most of them with a few exceptions are great.

That said, can you recommend a stand-out Ghost to Ghost episode?

I can't recall much about the episode other than I enjoyed it, it may have aired sometime around 2012-13 (unless I was listening to an older torrent, but I don't think it was) and the guest had a very British accent, but not the "fancy" kind of British accent.

The entire show was about his research into old legends and folklore in the UK and he essentially told a series of folklore and old cryptid stories, most of which I had never heard before.

Does anyone know which show I am talking about?

I've searched on the C2C website under guests for that period and everyone under the "Creatures, Myths & Legends" category, but I can't seem to find it :-(.

I'd just love to track it down and listen to it again!

Alternately, if you know of any other really good folklore / cryptid story-telling episodes then please let me know because I'd really appreciate it!

Most "best of Art Bell" lists tend to feature the following awesome but well known classics:

- Mike "Madman" Marcum and his time travel devices;
- Jonathan Reed and his alien in the freezer;
- Mel's hole;
- David Paulides and the missing 411;
- Father Malakai Martin's exorcism interviews;
- That Area 51 caller who was cut-off before being triangulated;
- EVP episodes with members of the G. I. S.

I've already thoroughly enjoyed listening to these episodes and am desperately seeking some new favorites to enjoy.

I listen to Art Bell during my early morning run and really good episodes are like gold to me  :)!

What is your favorite lesser-known Art Bell episode?

Which Ghost to Ghost episode do you consider to be the all-time best?
