You asked and now you may receive.  "How can I make Coast better?" asks Noory.  I was going to entitle the thread A Twelve Step  Plan For Host Improvement, but that sounds, too, AA.  Maybe a glass of Merlot before or during would loosen the flow of conversation.

Really, what my intentions in this thread are to come up with twelve of the most useful suggestions that can be read for Coast to improve.  Everyone gets to attend the meeting and submit suggestions.  There is no hierarchy and creative suggestions are encouraged.  No, grow cast-iron balls will not help Coast.

I am sure that this has been discussed in various means on the main Noory thread, but it has not been broken out.  This is the creative team, the brainstorming session, a quiet reflection, whatever works.  If Noory, really means what he tweeks, he will take these twelve and make them his and integrate them into the show.

Now the time is Nye?  Will you remain loyal to Coast?  Will you do a Twofer and listen to Noory and Art?  Or, will you tell Premiere to get Lackluster as you listen to Desert Brilliance?  The choice is yours, but you may have to make that decision soon.

I just heard that if you order BeesNess Cards and use Jorche's name you get free shipping.  I don't want to miss anything free, so I thought I would take it upon my self and order Jorche some new cards.

What shoud they say?  Remember he will promote himself with these.

Jorche Noread, I suck how about you?

I know that I have read this in some posts on the forum, however, there is some point from both a professional and ethical point where that line is crossed.

I have heard or read that the Coast guests are not paid for their interviews.  Therefore, their reward or payment is the exposure they get on the show.  They are allowed several times to give out their websites, books and where to purchase them, what television shows they are on and so forth.

Personally, I don't have a great conflict with this, but certain things annoy me and that is when Noory is hawking his own personal venues and casting favors to people he may do business with professionally.  For example, Giaam-TV is bordering on that.  I am wondering if Premiere is getting a cut from this.  The show is not about Noory, go advertise it somewhere else other than Coast.

Most disturbing to me is the supposedly give back program.  This is first, a guilt trip on Coast fans.  You are made to feel guilty if you do not subscribe, so they can "give back" after you give to them.  Save it already, if you want to give, you choose who and what you want to give to.  Do not let some tax advantage to Noory's income, make you feel bad if you do not give.   It is a veiled disguise to get listeners to subscribe to a service that is in my opinion overpriced.  I might watch Noory on Ancient Aliens, if I must to see the show, but I will not pay for it.

Finally, if Noory and this may have been done, I have not been listening, personally endorses folks on the show as a so called backslap or personal payback that just sucks.  That in my assessment makes Coast the ultimate informercial.  In that instance, Noory, please give back, that is Coast to us so that we may once more have the search for the truth.  Go infomercial somewhere else.

-This is an editorial opinion.

By Alan Boyle and Matthew DeLuca, NBC NewsA huge meteorite flared through the skies over Russia's Chelyabinsk region early Friday, triggering a powerful shock wave that injured nearly a thousand people, blew out windows and reportedly caused the roof of a factory to collapse.
Multiple amateur videos posted online showed the meteor’s flaring arc â€" called a bolide by scientists â€" cross the western Siberia sky. Others from the scene included the sound of a loud boom, followed by a cacophony of car alarms. One video showed the hurried evacuation of an office building in Chelyabinsk.Advertise | AdChoices
