Airyn's nuclear and extended families are all there.  They have accepted Art as their own and have enfolded him into their family.  Airyn will never want to leave there permanently, and now Art does not want to either.  Live Long and Prosper, Art !!

FACT:  The Real Art Bell posted on Fantastic Forum on the 18th of February.

FACT:  The Real Art Bell posted again on the FF on the 18th of March.

SPECULATION:  If we believe that There Are No Coincidences, then the Real Art Bell may post again on the FF on the 18th of April.  Or Not.  I am monitoring. 

This whole thread is fabulous and great reading.  Lots of intellectuals and creative minds and superb writers.  Michael, you are a Genius !!  Thank You for this entire board !!

Direct from the HAMCAMS website, furnished by a Hong Kong ham who recently spoke live to Art,  to a CA ham, and I quote:

"Part of the exciting news is that Art has nearly secured permission to put up a tower and beam antenna on top of his 200 foot building.  Cool.  Now we can talk to him again, at least on twenty."

Is that equipment strong enough to broadcast a show to the USA ??  This area of expertise is not my long suit.

Yes, it Does sound like an allusion to Coast.  Art has not even dropped one shoe yet, so we all get to wait further.  I'm very glad to know that he and entire family including cats are well and happy.

OK, how's THIS for paranoia: PremRad and whoever all the other Powers That Be are, are Monitoring COASTGAB, the FF, and all other likely Forums that have anything to do at all with Art Bell, for signs of Art announcing his future plans. 

Speculation: Art had a buyout of his contract, and he gets to keep the money if and only if, he keeps quiet completely for a given period of time.  Hush Money, as it were.  We SHALL hear from Art, eventually, at a time that only he knows for sure. 

Art wil be 66 on June 17th of this year.  He can receive his full Social Security at that age, and since he earned big bucks  for many years, he wiill receive the current maximum of 2346 per month.   Not that he needs it, but he has earned it and is entitled to it.  Perhaps this impending milestone has caused him to Really Fully Retire ....... until the itch to broascast returns, and it always has, has it not !!  KEEP THE FAITH !!

That "Mysterious ans Reassuring" thing on the FF is more or less a permanent fixture, updated in the past as and when Art appeared on C2C. 

It probably is being left up on purpose in case Art does ever contact the FF again, to let hm know that they still Care. 

Please do Not read anything into it; it is now just a marker.   

Somneone made the comment somewhere on this board about Snoory being more like a TV Shopping Host.  Those folks have in their contracts that if they leave the channel, they are unable to work for a competing shopping channel for a period of one year.    Art may very well indeed have a non-compete clause that he is waiting out.   I agree with whoever said it could be six months or a year.  Art waits, and we wait with him.

On this New Years Eve afternoon, I am remembering how Art had relocated to Manila, had  been broadcasting from there, and then one day: BOOM, he went on-air and said "from the Great American Southwest" and we all fell out of our chairs or beds and hung on every word after that.

Art and family were back in Pahrump, covertly as it were, and no one knew it ahead of time and he dropped no clues to any of us.  The point being, Art does Not "talk about it" ahead of time, he JUST  DOES  IT and then tells everyone else.

I believe that this New Year 2011 will bring another *Art Just Does It*.   HOW we all will find out about it this time, is The Big Mystery.    Happy New Year to one and all on COASTGAB.

This information more or less makes sense, tho.  Art had screened calls the last time he was on,  October I bellieve, and that was weird right there. 

On 12-21, at 09:44am,  I posted on the FF Board that I felt that The Powers That Be had wanted Art to compromise in some way and he told them to stuff it.

If the quote from Fort Rock is true, and it sounds strange enough to BE true, especially the part about the  smarmy so-called Producers having the power to tell ART BELL what he can say and whom he can have on ...... then Art DID tell them to stuff it and is likely still hopping mad over the whole thing. 

This leads to what other have said here, about Art making a comeback of some kind, under his own terms and conditions.  I, for one, cannot wait fro that day, and I believe that it WILL happen.
