I haven't read the thread from last nights show, but was anyone else completely appalled by the blimp-sized egos of some of last nights guest who were there to pay tribute to Roger Lier, but instead blathered on about themselves and could not resist the opportunity to plug their crap. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I'm enjoying the post JBW era already. looking forward to the guest hosts and wouldn't mind if Knapp was given the Sat night gig.

Edit: Eesh, just saw that Alex Jones hosted last night, was this to throw some red meat to angry JBW fans?

  *Happy Dance* JBW is gone, he was a TERRIBLE talk show host and mis-match for the C2C subject matter. Glad him and his politics have departed C2C 

 Back again, dude has frequent visitor miles.

Listen to JBW recently? Man IP is sorely missed, they have dumbed-down C2C quite a bit since he left.

"Getting sick" Oh-man you are much more patient then me. I used to check to see who his guests were going to be. If the topic/guest looked promising, I'd listen a little hoping that the guest would be able to overcome JBW's horrific attempts at interviewing. I totally skip any show that he is hosting now he's THAT bad.

George Noory asked hands-down the dumbest question I have ever heard posed to a guest. During  his show with Regressionist Georgina Cannon, George asked: "can animals be regressed, do they have past lives." Ms. Cannon laughed and asked "have you ever been able to get a cat to focus on you for any length of time?" Speechless, " can animals be regressed"

Every time I hear a guest like RS, I want to begin an MSU (Making Shit Up) Hall of Fame Thread.
Sometimes this rambling, stream-of consciousness BS can be entertaining (rarely) if they have the right guest. Horrible radio.

LA emerged from his cot at the C2C studio to serve-up more paranoid slop to doomsdayers. George loves this stuff.

Here-here. I know that the standards of C2C have sunk even lower (if this is possible), when they invite back a horrible bullshitter like Marks.

What a breath of fresh air compared to that embarrassing babbler JBW. Give me Punnett and his faults over JBW and Noory any day. You know that when Punnett is hosting a show he is prepared, and he can hold his own intellectually with just about any guest.

OMG what HORRIBLE radio last night with Nigel Kemer. Kemer just rambled-on in a stream-of consciousness rant with Snorge doing very little to reign-in or control the interview.  Terrible guest.

Yeah that was horrible radio made worse by Norry's stupid,  vague and open-ended questions. I don't think we'll ever hear Robert Stevens on C2C again ever. It is always interesting to hear the real GN emerge when he becomes irritated.....he quickly becomes a dick.

Wadda Dick!!  Snoorj has a Jekyll & Hyde personality whenever his guest continues to talk to a caller who has already been cut-off. I swear you could hear Snoory's voice tighten and tense when responding to Rev Price who was trying to ask a caller a question, and didn't get the hint that the caller had been cut-off. Jerk!!!

+1 George is so interested in plowing-through open lines that he doesn't appreciate it when he has potentially a great call on the line, a call which could make for compelling radio. I have lost count of the number of "good calls" George has blown-off. Many of these callers LMH and other researchers would love to interview I'm-sure.

The thing that irritated me was that I would have liked to have heard a little bit from each of the people who help out the show together, instead we hear George run-through the behind the scenes quickly so-that he can quickly launch into the love-fest.

Do ratingings matter for C2C hosts? I'd be curious to know what kind of ratings Well's has. I used to check to see who the guests were going to be when he hosted hoping that his guests could somehow rise above his wretchedness, but now I rarely bother.

Yep, Bill "The scientific-minded atheist" must have a speed-dialer, he usually gets-through whenever there is a guest who might entertain his string-theory hypothesis for near-death phenomenon etc.  Bill's theory has been shot-down by every guest he has run it past yet he clings to it and has not moved-on.

I enjoyed the show, it could easily have gone another hour as they were just beginning to scratch the surface of the topic. I was very thankful that JBW was not hosting that night.
