I seem to remember Art mentioning that recently, I believe he said "contractually I have four more shows".

I agree that if he sells up and goes back to Phillipines then this is the beginning of the real end...

Raises an interesting question and one I feel can be broken down quite simply imho.

Back in the Dreamland days Art was a pioneer and there was nothing else like that style of show out there either on Radio or Tevelision,
over the next 10 years I think the media has gradually got into the whole paranormal/ufology type thing, whith numerous movies, magazines, websites all devoted to the subject, in the UK a weekly show called "Most Haunted" gained immense popularity within the last 5 years, this was never the case 10-15 years ago, and I think the point im trying to make is that people who have a "sudden/recent" interest in this type of subject matter are basically just being manipulated by the media and as such will take what they get given.

If these people had heard Art in the golden days they would realise Snoory's incompetance and complete lack of understanding in anything other than Limos and LA; they are just accepting what is force fed to them with no knowledge of just how good a host can be in this field.

The thing that really pisses me off is George seems to have a remarkable ability to consitently be shit but still have a job and continue to believe he is some superstar living in LA.

George...you suck and you are revelling in something that has not been your own doing, you are riding on the success of a great man yet act as if you built this shit yourself.


I very much doubt you would even know what to do with Lego, let alone build a good show !

Another example of Premrats keeping an eye out for little georgy snoory; I'm sure they must have thought to themselves "Shit if people can hear how good Art was/is and compare that to the remedial puppet we have in his place we gonna loose subscribers to shitlink"

I seem to remember them cracking down hard on any sites hosting even one or two Art mp3's a few years ago, and all that happened was that Art bell lovers moved underground, ie set up private Ftps, or Direct Connect hubs; they cant stop this stuff they can just be a pain in the arse.

I've spent years building up a nice collection of Art shows  (one day I might get round to archiving them ); I found ufoship about a year ago and must say I use it almost daily,in fact my girlfriend now listens every night and she never even heard of Art bell before she heard him on your site.
I salute you for your time and effort Michael  and it's rare thesedays to find someone who genuinely invests their time and money for the good of something and not just to make money ! .

I do have access a fairly decent sized web server (UK) and if theres any way I can help I would be more than happy to !

The sad thing about all this is that Premiere/Snoory is sooo far removed from the good old days when Art did Dreamland and calls weren't screened and hell the guests were good, that its embarrassing its the complete antipathy of what Art set out to do.
Art was never a corporate gimp monkey like Sonora and the way Premiere runs it's shit thesedays is beyond lame.
