What can I say that hasn't been said before? I understand that following a legend like Art would be a tough act to live up to, but this fool has single handedly destroyed everything unique and interesting about this great show. I did not like GN when he first started, but I said to myself, give it a little time for me to get used to him, and for him to get used to the show. The first 6 months where okay, and I actually found myself liking him, in hindsight I think it was just the fact that he kept the show on the same track for the beginning several months. Fast forward to today, C2C is, and I am being generous here, a pale shadow of its former self. GN is a terrible, boring, frustrating to listen to, unimaginative, uninspiring dead corpse of a host. The questions he asks sound like a 8 year old's level of intelligence and inquiry skills. Art would always become part of the interview, he would really push the interviewers knowledge and intelligence on the given topic, with great humour, and amazing tongue in cheek jabs, and a non stop continuous line of questioning that kept us all riveted to the show, and dying for the next night to start.
Now C2C is nothing more than GN's personal shill tool, to push his crappy beyond belief show, that sad pathetic dating service, and his continuing promise, for years now, that the price of gold is going to skyrocket. I am so damn tired of stupid psychics, numerology ladies, the guy who sells his health packs for EVERY ailment, and new age spiritual garbage. Listening to him utter his famous phrase at every topic "I don't know, I feel something bad is going to happen, don't you" Get BENT GN, you sad pathetic unintelligent uneducated uninspiring amateur fearmongerer. It is absolutely shocking how 1 man has single handedly destroyed one of, if not, the greatest radio show of all time.
