While i can see benefits for some to have a Non Compete contract i'm wondering what the motivation is to sign such a contract as in this case why would Art sign such a contract that basically terminates his desires to return to the airwaves..

 Is this a world wide non compete contract? if not he could always come up to Canadfa and do his show.. eh!

 Seems everytime i turn on C2C i'm hearing some drunk going on about a dream he had once upon a time. also much political rantings are starting to take over an already boring show..
I dont understand why the powers at C2C dont realize that the genius of Art Bell built that show and if he wants to return to late night radio Noory should be shown the door and Art Bell welcomed back to his rightful place.

I too have listened to Art since the beginning,He made working on the night shift in a factory bearable,it was a sad day when he left , Noory just never exhibited the passion that Art brought to the show, Noory came/comes off as just someone just doing a job/going through the motions.
I was ecstatic when i heard Art was returning with the Dark Matter Show and listened every night. what a disappointment to discover the show had been cancelled due seemingly by bureaucratic bs.
You'd think the powers that be would have acknowledged Arts making of the entire Coast to Coast radio show and if Art wanted to come back to radio Noory should have been shown the door and Art reinstated back to the show he created.
Art you are just too good to be relegated to the sidelines,Hope to hear you back sometime soon..

 As i'm in my car everyday from 4am-5 i guess its time to put the satellite radio back in the house and get back into am radio, choices in my area is George Noory and a show that basically has callers call in and describe their dreams or some rightwing talk radio,Jerry Doyle was on last time i listened,
Maybe i;ll just listen to the wind and the car motor.

 Dark Matter was great,I thought it beat the competition by a long shot. As Art built the Coast 2 Coast empire it amazes me the powers that be wouldnt give Noory the boot and give the show =back to its rightfull owner Art Bell.
