first time poster, here...but long time Bell fan. I really need some help on this, and I was told that this is the place to get the answers.
i heard an Art Bell show one night that i have never forgotten, and it was one of the creepiest ones Id ever heard. he had this guest on who basically was giving all these tips on how to fight alien abduction if the aliens are attempting to take you. he talked about mantras you could say, how to try and talk your way out of it, etc. and things to keep around you/on you, stuff that aliens would be somehow freaked out by. these callers were calling in with really creepy stories of commanding aliens to leave them in the name of Jesus/Allah/Yaweh/etc. or using magic and stuff to fight them.
the dude then went into this thing about clowns. he said how lots of folks with irrational fears of clowns are actually suppressing memories of abduction when they were kids, cause aliens have been known to use the form of clowns to abduct children...the aliens seem to feel that clowns make children more comfortable and prone to go with them. that's awesome, right?
anyhow, i cannot remember the guests name and have not been able to find a recording of this show, though im sure it exists somewhere. i've searched for years. does any of this sound familiar to any of you?
this wouldve been aired during the winter of 97/98 or the spring of 98.
