Noorys cough drop button lol

Oh man, "I thought your book was out in February" "I didn't even finish writing it until recently and it didn't go on sale until 3 days ago".

*massive cough attack with George interrupting hilariously*

I like the way this guest talks. Reminds me of a paranormal obsessed santa claus

I tried looking around the pipe or trying to figure out what else it could be but it does look like a pipe.
#6
Oh snap, George is listening

Art said 3 1/2 hours per 4 hour show.

To compare, C2C is like 2 1/2 hours per 4 hour show (with ads at the top and bottom of the hour plus sometimes in between).

Oh man, unscreened callers are totally gonna pick him apart. Atleast I hope they do.

In other news, I've enjoyed every show of Dark Matter so far, regardless of the bs factor. Art seems to bring out the guests screw ups unconsciously and indirectly, rather than the host being the source of comedy like a certain someone we all know.

Looks like he instagrammed them

Hey, any one figure out how to help those less fortunate who can't afford a can of cat food let alone a Sirius Subscribtion? It would be nice to give them some hope on the Dawn of a New Art.

The livestream thread and youtube should have it up around half an hour or so after C2C airs, or definitely by tomorrow.

Oh yeah God forbid anyone find out about out eroding and dwindling rights, gotta turn a blind eye to those "fear tactics".

That was posted before the guest started speaking and he ended up being good enough to listen to.

I agree. I'm just going to watch stuff on youtube or listen to music until the second half. It's annoying having to hear about the NSA and stuff you'd hear on a Wells show on Sunday when you'd expect some good old Knapp action with a fresh topic.

I liked yesterdays show. Today's guest seems too much of a usual suspect.

I'm listening tonight to the Fear TV guy and what is Snoorz' obsession with dying in your sleep from a bad dream?  I don't think it is so far-fetched but he keeps bringing it up like it is a big deal.  Of course something could terrify you and, if you have a weak heart, you could be done.  I've woken up to some pounders more than once.  What am I missing here and why does he keep harping on this?  Is this more if it bleeds it leads?

So dumb.

I've got epilepsy and sudden death (usually during rest or sleep) is the leading cause of death for people with it. It's a terrifying thing and even a person with a strong heart can be affected. There's no signs of anything freaky in autopsies either.

But George is like, the Dexter of the paranormal. He enjoys fear.

Wow, a triple split program today

You promised heaven, George. Not miracles. Wheres the heaven stuff, man? That's why I'm letting your airwaves in my ear 8)

So apparently luck=effort according to the guest. I was hoping for some actual useful advice or findings or something from him.

These weekend shows are getting too repetitive. Too much Doomsday survivalsm, govt spying, and just the same stuff over and over again, week after week. His voice is great but the topics he gets need to be more varied.

I'm finding this hilarious, as a gamer. I think this could be some cool viral marketing for Google, where they really do enhance players lives and stuff. But on C2C, I'd rather hear about someone whose done research into something in a search for the truth a la Fox Mulder, regardless of whether they found out something crazy or are still looking for it. Instead we're going to hear about unsubstantiated things.

I hope Art can bring back that spark in the parapsychology/ whatever genre we listened to Coast to.

It's no different than Art during the day. He had god knows how many shows on mad cow disease complete with predictions on how it was going to spread and we'd be dealing with mad fish disease, mad deer disease, and all food, even plants, could become unsafe and we'd have an uber-epidemic by now. Well, here we are in the future, and it didn't happen.

Lyme disease, however, is a provable problem. It's not alarmist. It's real.

So you tell me, which is a better show? An actual, demonstrable, present problem? Or an alarmist problem that didn't pan out?

I maintain my point that you guys remember a "Best of Art Bell" grass is greener memory rather than how the show was night to night in the 90's. Yeah, George doesn't do interviews as good. Yeah, George (or more likely his people) pick rather crappy guests, but on the other hand a lot of Art's good guests are dead and he might not be able to deliver like he used to.

It doesn't bode well. Look at Wells, he's a whole lot closer to Art than George is. You've all, by and large (I stress this again as to not paint everyone here with the same brush) turned on him. Well, ok, but what happens when reality makes Art less than he was in 1995? I am excited as all get out about Art's return, but I think we make more of Art than he was, and less of George than he is.

I agree with this. It's better than an obviously fake planet surrounding the Earth theory that ancient people measured to a fifth decimal place with inter dimensional beings we can't see that absorb our spirit energy which we collect during sleep.

That is indeed strange.

Addendum:  the ass of a guest tonight is calling every single thing that happens, better know as coincidence, synchronicity.  21 years of drinking will cause this kind of delusion.  Throw Gnoory into the nutty mix and you've got a pecan log.  Coincidence? I think not!

Scratch what I wrote earlier. This guy is getting nuts and turning into the usual guest. He was good when he went on about his drug abuse and got Noory hot, asking about his favourite drinks.

Wow its that Smart Meter lady again.

He doesn't know why fish fell out of the sky? Tornadoes and migration season. While I do give every guest a chance (I love NDEs and the afterlife and spirits and stuff), when they overstep the truth and begin making stuff up, I get riled. He's taking stuff other people have written about and just repeating it as his own expertise and Noory is hooked.

Wow Dave just cut off the guest (who graciously answered the previous callers second question, which Noorie seems to always cuts off). And "Surprise, it's a PIG!" Though I'm assuming the "vegetarian caller" was just yanking his chain.
