Maybe those guys that get in so often are on the payroll and are called up to talk when there are no other people calling in??

Noory always has to mention he spent nine years in the Navy (but fails to say that was all behind a desk) when he has guest that was also in the Navy.
Like with tonight's first hour Jesse Ventura, who was a Navy Seal.
Noory doesn't compare at all, but he dares to anyway...

I KNOW! I KNOW! You remember how Art Bell described Coast as his "baby" that he turned over to someone else? Well, now that George has killed the baby, he has to express it somehow so it manifests as a fascination with dead baby/child stories.

You get an A for creativity and imagination. Your theory is much less dark than other explanations. Some people proposed that Noory simply kept the "if it bleeds, it leads" journalistic philosophy from his old days as a newsman. I would agree with this theory if he read more stories about "bleeding" *adults*.

US Naval Reserve. Big Difference. and i'm pretty sure when he was doing that he was in some place that was landlocked. so his duties probably entailed remedial accounting and mowing the grass at some facility where the navy stored new socks and finger nail clippers

I used to listen to C2C mainly for the host, since Snoory took over I listen occasionally for the guests (but the good ones are few and far between). What's really been bothering me lately is George Noory giving commentary on The History Channel as if he is some sort of academic or otherwise versed in the topics at hand. I seriously wonder if any non-C2C listeners watch Ancient Aliens and think to themselves, "Who the hell is this doof with the mustache?" when his clips come on. I think the Ancient Aliens thing is interesting. Some of it makes sense, but why is Snoory on it? To weaken it's credibility?! Does this grind anyone else's gears?

There HAS to be some dissension within the ranks at C2C. It is only a matter of time before someone of some prominence finally cracks and lets the world know what a buffoon Noory truly is, and how he has single-handedly destroyed the show.
