Upcoming shows from C2C website lists John B. Wells as host for Saturday (his regular turn), Sunday (in lieu of Knapp?) and next Friday (no Noory)...  Interesting

Hey, doesn't Knapp do the last 2 Sundays of each month?  This Sunday, the Upcoming shows says John B. Wells will be hosting...

First sentence out of Ian's mouth on his most recent show was about pre show Twitter comments.  (how about who you are and where you are from instead?)  And he refers to comments from his personal Twitter account throughout the show, rather than comments sent to him via the C2C website, which I think is wrong when he's doing a C2C show.
As for the show, Ian did a good job interviewing Peter Levenda, IMO. I found the topic interesting, so I put aside my usual Ian avoidance and gave it a listen. For once, Ian didn't come across as confrontational.  My 2 cents for what it's worth.

noisy hotel neighbors annoy me

I just returned from a week's vacation in Las Vegas.  I visited the Atomic Museum (a recent topic of both Noory and Knapp).  The new section, Area 51, was interesting. It has a cool display featuring our man, George Knapp.   If you plan a trip to Vegas and want to take a break from the glitz and hucksters of the strip, checking out this museum will be worth your while.

Anyone ever notice that when Noory takes calls, he sometimes changes the caller's name?  Example..  'We have James from Cleveland - how's it going Jimmie?'  IMO, that's poor manners.

Yes, 3 Friday nights in a row off, plus the Mexico wedding time off in January.  He won't be able to say he only takes 1 week vacation this year if he takes his traditional last week in December off.

My Friday morning ritual is to sign on to the C2C website and review the new post of upcoming shows for the next week.  What I find annoying is when it says TBA.

weekend time moves faster than weekday time.

Sat. April 21 John B. Wells show...scheduled guest is Glynis McCants.... IMO, not her again.

some further info in case you are curious...  Megadeth played Austin, Texas Sat. March 3, and Jones was at that concert as he lives in Austin.  After the concert, he sped home to be on the first hour of C2C with Wells (the topic was the death of Andrew Breitbart.)  At the end of the interview, Wells said to 'say hi to Dave for me' (or words to that effect) as Wells knew who Mustaine is (you have to give Wells credit for his bumper music and knowledge of music).  Had this interview taken place Friday night, I wonder if Noory would know who Mustaine is...

Here is some more imagery for you to process...  Mustaine isn't the only rock star Jones knows.  He is acquainted with Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins and he recently interviewed him.

Noory said a daughter will be getting married soon, so I'm guessing this is the reason why.  For me, Rob Simone is ok.  Hopefully, there won't be Friday night silliness such as what has recently taken place.  (singing, sound effects, the usual UFO Phil song, etc)

Noory did a live chat April 10 for the Coast Insiders.  He was asked about Art Bell and he answered that Art is fully retired and won't be doing any shows.

I usually skip Ian's shows (he's not my cup of tea).  But, I listened to his recent show about the Wrecking Crew and also last Sunday's 2 hours on the Titanic.  I'll give him credit for doing a good job with these 2 interviews. 
This past Sunday when he started his show, it only took 12 seconds for him to start talking about following him on Twitter again.  And Twitter came up several times during the show.  Annoying in my books.

I've only made it through the first hour of John Lear's appearance so far.  However, the comments about John B. saying it was April Fools got my curiosity, so I listened to the last minute of the show.   I believe these are John B.'s words regarding April Fools.
"Well everybody, I've one last announcement to make.  It's April Fools Day.  And this entire program has been an oral holgram so to speak, or an illusion.  Or was it just an illusion of an illusion?"

John B. did a live chat on Coast Insider last night... the transcript is posted.   

Last Friday night when Knapp substituted for Noory's night off, Knapp said he was pinchhitting for "my friend and colleague George Noory".  Just posting this statement for those who want to take a shot at interpretting it.
