Check out one of these. They're like $20 and available in like every bowling alley vending machine everywhere. They're awesome. Playing with one tonight gave me so much more control, I was amazed.



Hahaha, I have to limit myself before I go other wise I'll bowl like five frames and then just sit there staring at the pins and animations up on the screen. I have no idea how The Dude could bowl so lit up. Now that I'm home though I'm climbing the Volcano repeatedly.

im definitely getting one of those guards next time for sure......i usually toke before i get there (night bowling with the lasers, rock music and black lights and shit) and im just so focused and feeling amazing...i do a little "pin staring" between games and sometimes during . absolute blast for me btw...yes im right handed lol

Man I tell you, I just started bowling again a few weeks ago because I'm trying to get my body ready for a tour I'm going on. After about a year of sitting on the beach and doing nothing but smoking weed and watching boats go by, I was laid out and ready for a nap after one game. Luckily though it comes back quickly if you keep at it. 

i usually try to basically power hook it into the the right side of the head pin....about 3 games in, my thumb swells and my wrist is locked up...might have to get a wrist guard...i also toke a fat ass joint before i go bowling, and afterwards to help with the pain
