That goes without saying.

I think the Cowboys are under a non-compete clause, too.

Apparently, Dark Matter has now become a reality show, to be played out at BellGab.  MV.  Always thinking.

Art and the responsible parties should get together on Jerry Springer.

Maybe this has all been covered, but I'm genuinely curious: Who or what exactly does Art believe to be the opposing force(s) behind Sirius not getting back to him?

These bastards!!!

I am very confused about why Art is so willing, seemingly eager, to comply with the noncompete. Under these circumstances Art would be able to fight the noncompete and prevail, so why not try. Art should retain an entertainment lawyer ASAP to step in and negotiate a solution to this situation. There seem to be issues of breech and noncompliance by both parties. There are many legal issues to be raised that could, and should, lead to a successful conclusion for Art. That is, if he really wants to continue doing the show with an online stream. I am starting to question whether he really does.

And piss away money on attorneys and legal fees so that he can have a free streaming radio program or podcast? Sounds a bit insane when you read it aloud, doesn't it? With the speed our legal system moves, he may just come out ahead riding out the non-compete.

What really grosses me out is the avatar of Noory in a P90X t-shirt showing off his girly arms.

Art, what did you think of Julianne Moore's performance in Hannibal? I must admit I'd have far preferred Jodie Foster, but after watching the movie a few times I think she did alright. The movie was a turd but I think she did a fine job, herself. I generally prefer Julianne Moore as an actress to Jodie Foster, but Jodie Foster and Anthony Hopkins did have a chemistry I don't think Julianne Moore could really recapture.

Can you say non-sequitur?

Thanks for asking, I am fine. Nothing much to say that I have not already said but good evening!

However I will repeat, people here have no idea the intense talks that were going on from about 3 days
after the show started about the stream drops, I do understand however how it seemed abrupt to the listener.

Also, the deal we tried to make on Wed, two days after the show stopped was a very good one and after saying
they took it very seriously they stopped communicating. I will say again, I think something else is going on.

For those above who listened and did not like the show anyway, it should not even be a issue worth talking about
unless you just like seeing a message from yourself.

                                                                                                                     Art

I have one constructive criticism for you. If you ever make a sarcastic post that includes the phase " life has now lost all it's meaning," please use the /sarcasm tag. That way, certain people who have an overactive imagination won't  think you're committing "sewer pipe."

Skycar Inventor Moller To Make Important On-Air
Announcement

Dr. Paul Moller to make an announcement on the new Art Bell "Dark Matter" radio show regarding the future of Moller International and the Skycar air vehicle

Davis, CA, October 22, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Paul Moller, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Moller International, Inc. (MI) (OTC-QB: MLER), and developer of the Skycar®, a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) capable, high-speed light aircraft announced today that he will be making an important announcement regarding the future Moller International and the Skycar volantor air vehicle on the "Dark Matter" radio program on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. The radio program, part of the SiriusXM Satellite Radio network is hosted by veteran radio host Art Bell, and can be heard from 10 PM to 2 AM Eastern Time (7PM to 11PM Pacific). The show is available to satellite radio subscribers, or available for free on the Internet at http://www.siriusxm.com. The Dark Matter program marks a return to the air of popular radio host Bell, and even though he's interviewed him many times previously, marks the first time that Dr. Moller will appear on Bell's new radio program.

Dr. Moller will be Bell's only guest for all four hours of the program, and listeners are encouraged to write to the show with any questions for Dr. Moller or call in to their toll-free listener line to ask questions on-the-air on the day of the broadcast.

Dr. Moller is also scheduled to appear on several other programs throughout the month of November; however Dark Matters is the first program to interview him following his official announcement.

I predict this will be the most important announcement since Art teased us with the Ginger/It announcement. /sarcasm

Going on with "The Breather" ensures that the smallest audience possible will hear Moller's announcement. Imagine the pithy questions Wells could ask. One can only hope he will quote Sensei profusely in an attempt to be profound.

I have the same interest in finding a "good" recent C2C program on YouTube as I do in finding certain ex-girlfriends on Facebook: To chronicle how the passing of time and the accumulation of self-abuse haven't been kind to a once beautiful thing.

Not sure why almost everyone is piling on Sirius XM. They provided Art with the vehicle to return to radio. It was Art who chose to back out of his contract -- whether rightly or wrongly. They fulfilled their obligation -- Art did not.

Let's look at it another way. For those of you who have ever had a date stand you up: Are you more or less likely to jump right in and make plans with that person again?

the ONLY way for Art to get back on Sirius would be to drop this whole streaming issue.

as someone said, apologize and pick up where you left off.

actively explore other options and present the plan to them, LATER.

Art, be totally honest and just admit that this whole thing has been one big clusterfuck.

One would think too many corporate feathers have been ruffled for that now.

If Sirius was going to give in to Art's demands, they would of done so by now.

It isn't as easy as just flipping a switch. If there is any chance of returning to XM, it's likely in the hands of lawyers. And if any of you've ever dealt with the legal system, such things can take an eternity.
