Especially at about 1/2 hour into the show when he talks about "Liars Loans" "Inflating the appraisal" "complicated language designed to confuse" ..."how made the loan appear safer" "debt to income ratio" "inflating the borrowers income" anyway who ever wants to buy a home should listen in!
My brother was a loan officer for mortgage firms - before the collapse of the real estate market - and he saw first-hand how these firms and banks - on their OWN volition - (NO government interference despite the conservative press claims) tried to get people into high interest loans with hidden balloon payments. He was ethical and could not do it. He quit. In fact, when he saw it was happening he told the young couple he was he working with to go elsewhere for a better rate. Love my bro!
