In all the years I've been listening to C2C, I never understood what the big deal is with "east of the rockies', 'west of the rockies' and the wild card line.

What's the reasoning for all this?

I figured it was Art's call screening method.  If you didn't know which side of the rockies you were on, you might be too stupid to call.  Speaking of which, I never did hear George call Art's show.
