I think it is very telling that they had Gorsuch write the majority opinion and not one of the libs who were probably slobbering all over the prospect of erecting a landmark in this area.

I suspect the so-called minority now, will write some opinion on some other pet issue for the so-called 'Conservatives.'  Because they all agree with, some exceptions over the years but very few, that aggrandizing Court power and expanding jurisdiction is the main goal. Was always this from the beginning. People complain about the 'politicization' of the Court but really the politics are cast aside when it comes to their sole purpose.
