I was just listening to him on some MUFON show.  I gotta hand it to the guy, he goes 100% batshit crazy from the get-go.  The bastard doesn't hold back and covers it all in one, all-encompassing conspiracy tale. 

Aliens are fallen angels controlling the Satan worshiping Illuminati Council of 13, which controls the US government.  They have a base in the hollow center of the earth and also work out of Area 51 where they can make UFO's through telekinesis (he didn't use that word).  Apparently they have a bunch of Satan worshiping minions throughout the US who regularly conjure-up Baphomet and are hell-bent (sorry) to bring about a one-world government using Chinese manufactured robots (covered by alien skin) that are currently being stored at various US locations in Evergreen shipping containers.  The jet stream is controlled by HAARP, and HAARP can be used to turn people into dust while they're sitting in their homes, etc., etc. Basically every conspiracy theory has been cobbled together into one mega batshit story.

Stew knows all of this because he's talked to people who have told him all about it, and a Blackwater heliocopter was hovering his house, and then was shot-down by a fighter jet.
