Is it uncouth to say "Do you know who I am?"  ;)

Hopefully that is not the reason he is there in the first place.  :-[

The last specialist I saw was over 2 hours late.  Apparently the medical establishment is now run by Amtrak.

I had to take my daughter to see a specialist for a 9am appointment and he ended up seeing us at 11:20am. We were in there for less than 10 minutes. Don't even ask what we were charged for that.

Hi there everybody, I am writing this while waiting for my Doctor's appointment which was 3:20, it is now 3:50 with no sign of my name being called, we really should be allowed to charge them for our valuable time, being Retired I have lots of that.

Thank you all for the good wishes about Yetti, he was my very close friend and love for 23 Years, yes a very long life but it really hurt.

Art

Check your insurance policy.  Mine says if I have to wait 30 min past the appt time, my copay is back in my pocket.  I always tell them, take your time.

Ha!  Yes.  That's about what I got.  10 minutes.  My car gets more attention from a mechanic.  Then the bill is like $5000 before the insurance says it's really $150.

I heard back from LMH...she wanted more details and descriptions, so we are emailing back and forth. Thanks for your help folks...I will keep you posted if the little critters show up again.

Art, tell the receptionist you have diarrhea. Always works for me.

Check for running lights. Green and red one per side is standard. Drones are "supposed" to follow faa regs but with aliens or the feds its hard to tell. Thought about pulling your chain and saying something like....*damn, you caught me* but I wont.I know you got the willies, I would.  Good idea about LMH. let us know Rosie.

There were no green running lights at all. Only red or white, each a constant color when it was on...ie: the whole object was either red or white. I know about running lights, being from the coast here all the boats and planes have them...so you can always tell what direction something is traveling by the port or starboard lights. This was completely different....and moved so weirdly....no running lights at all.

k...something a little strange going on here, maybe you folks have some ideas about what it is.

This should probably move to the UFO thread ...

Anyway I think it might have been a drone as you wondered about.  I saw something a few months ago late at nite - it had a blue light and moved around erratically.  First I thought it was far away but then I heard a whirring sound and realized it was much closer.  I didn't hear any beeps - I wonder if you heard some kind of proximity detector.

Noory Med Clinics.  Where you have to wait forever, while they play C2C with Dave and show only "Beyond Beeleef" on a big screen.

Amateur drones, or what are usually r/c quadcopters, are all over the place now.  I believe Art and Paul have mentioned flying them.  Put some lights on them and fly them at night and they can easily resemble something like that.

..and Turrets, where the poor helpless victims can't stops saying 'super' in a really annoying way.

Yes, lol. Vancouver is the most beautiful town I've ever been to. Stayed for a week in a hotel near Stanley Park. Just beautiful. Also discovered Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza there. Had it for breakfast every morning. I'd be living in Vancouver if I could handle the cold. I'm definitely a weather wimp.

Art, you strike me as Trump all-the-way...
