Good news! I just received an answer to my e-mail from CTM customer service. They have cancelled my subscription! so that's great news, now that's it's official as far as CTM is concerned. Thanks for letting me vent on this issue, I guess I should have more patience with things like this. I forget CTM probably has thousands of subscriptions they manage, and with this new turnover to a different website, they must be busy.

Well, there is good news and bad news on the effort to cancel my subsciption to Caravan to Midnight. But first, let me say that I was not expecting any kind of refund. All I wanted was for my subscription to expire and not be renewed, I did not want my credit card charged $25 for 3 months of his show that I do not intend on listening to.

Anyway, I see when I login to the CTM website that my sub says it is suspended, so I am hoping my credit card does not get charged again. It seems they have cancelled the sub. The "bad" part is that they did it three days early, my subscription should have run through Nov. 18, but now I cannot access the shows unless I subscribe. That's fine that they cut me off 3 days early as long as I don't incur another expense over this. I had not been listening to every show anymore anyway, the religious aspect of his show is just too much to take.

So I am hoping that this issue is resolved, but I'll see for sure with my next credit card statement. And thanks again for all the advice

Thanks for the help and suggestions everyone. I checked again the CTM website and still can't find an unsubscribe button or page or anything. Thanks Original Larry for the phone number I'll give that a try. Their customer service has not responded to my e-mails yet and unfortunately I did not sign up with Paypal. That was very foolish on my part, but it won't happen again. Live and learn right. I doubt if JB Wells would even read an e-mail trying to cancel his show, much less do anything about it. He must get thousands of messages a day. My sub is due to renew on Nov. 18th, and I really need to get it cancelled before then. Wish me luck! Thanks again everyone for the help, I appreciate it.

Another question if I may - would it be possible to contact VISA and have them cancel any charges that come through from the CTM website? I've never had a problem with my credit card so I'm not sure if that's possible. Thanks again everyone.

Hello Everyone. This is my first post, so if I'm doing it wrong please forgive me. I really need help. I need to cancel my subscription to Caravan to Midnight and cannot find how to do that. I searched the CTM website and can't find a link or anything on how to cancel a subscription, just how to start one. Can anyone help? Is there a link on the CTM site somewhere I'm just not seeing? I have e-mailed their customer service twice so far, and have just gotten the standard message - Thanks for your interest and we'll get back to you.... not very helpful.
