NOTE: Ringley should have noticed I was telling the truth about Dietrich two years ago. I contacted Ringley and explained that Dietrich was using his guest (VBA employee Gary States) to defame and slander veterans and releasing SSNs and phones and addresses etc. in retaliation for exposing him as a fraud. Ringley did nothing! He even forwarded my emails to Dietrich which Dietrich then mocked on air.

It took a two month VA OIG investigation initiated by myself and Jonn Lilyea (USA Ret) to apply pressure to Dietrich. As a result, States was reprimanded and/or removed by the VA and documents/audio evidence were also provided to the FBI and other offices regarding Dietrich.
