Skype to Skype over two good internet connections sounds fantastic. I think Art should ban phone lines as well as cell phones and just go with Skype calls.

I think his guests should definitely be transitioned into using Skype.

Jackstar for all of it's ridiculousness Win 8 (64bit) actually is faster and more stable the Win 7 (64bit) for me.

I don't think i have ever had a BSOD on it, ever.

Bandwidth, Mic and, setup can make Skype Amazing or Crap, NO WiFi though. Some folks WiFi is worse than cell phones.
