Ok - you guys heard the true nature of Mr. Bell. Unnecessary and a violation of FCC regulations. With that - I would never consider returning to MITD. I will be launching a three hour program soon which will include DMN. DMN will also be syndicated separately which Art would not allow while it was on MITD.

why would this douche expect art to allow his newscast to be heard elsewhere?  he appears not to understand how these things work.  i thought it was supposed to be a unique feature to art's show.  why would he think art's going to allow it to be used all over the place by other shows?  fuck this guy.

Leo hasn't been paid since he started. Keith Rowland is apparently an A hole to work with as well. Let's face it Bell was ready to split with Rowland a few months ago. But not being compensated for your work is a serious matter.  Just the whole way things go down on the     show are not promising for long-term success. Whether you like or hate Leo's news, he's also been knocking out a ton of hours talking to potential affiliates, with no compensation. Bad form Art.

1. doesn't write the news, he even credits the people who write the stories, Haunted skeptic comes to mind.
2. Art did not 'blast him', people are so sensitive, he said he hated to see him go and was torn up about it and also mentioned how he wasn't going to go to Coast (he probably will now). Being public about something is not the same as bashing.
3. Get some dignity and stop acting like a teenage girl, if you agreed to help out for no pay that's your deal. Don't like it, leave don't act like they fucked you over when a day ago you had nothing but praise for them. Its an internet show not a big company.

I have this feeling he is going to wake up tomorrow or Monday and realize he screwed up.

Well so far we have been the "farm system" for Art. If you don't maybe MV or Jaz will be going up to the Majors. From what I gather, the scouts have given high marks. Let's face it, Keo was no "5 tool " player. No big loose. They have been playing repeats all the time. If that is what he comes up with after 20 hrs a day of work...oh well don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

I exchanged a few emails with Keith, once recently and a couple times a few years back. He was most definitely a bit of an ass for no good reason on two of those occasions.  It was totally uncalled for too.

(Sorry Keith, it's true.  I was surprised, not many people are like that.)

keith's probably an alright guy, but he has no self awareness whatsoever when it comes to communicating through the written word.  he has no perception of his own tone and how it will be perceived by others.
