When I say "investigated" I am referring my own investigation as well as another by a GoFundMe Trust and Security Team.  I expect they will contact me at some point so I have consolidated my past research with my newer findings so everything is in one spot for them.

I will not know the details of their investigation but the details I have recently discovered indicate this is a much larger fraud than I was aware, involving tens of thousands of dollars since 2016. There have been large investments made by a least one person to a Holobed Research Project which Cramer claims is sanctioned, endorsed, and directed by himself under orders of the US Marine Corps. 

The GoFundMe site was created for Cramer by an investor - specifically for his own personal use as income and emotional support.  NOT for the research of Holobeds as the campaign states.  There is also the fact that the campaign deceptively uses Cramer's false claims of military service. I estimate at this point, that almost $100,000.00 has been "invested" as well as over $20,000.00 in other donations to Cramer.  These include money for paying bills, a relocation, an all-expense-paid vacation to the Netherlands in 2016 costing $13,500.00 and computers and broadcasting equipment.

Unlike some crowdsourcing sites which require the goal to be met before and donations can be accessed, GoFundMe allows the immediate use of funds to the beneficiary of the campaign.  Cramer is clearly listed as the campaigner and beneficiary.

Since Cramer has busied himself with writing books and speaking at conferences the past couple of years, the investors are now beginning to express concern. So Cramer has been on a campaign of "updates" since March. 

The investigation by the GoFundMe.com Team may result in the involvement of Law Enforcement within Cramer's jurisdiction.  Meanwhile, I am not the only person who has investigated Cramer's claims of military service and these other findings, which corroborate my own, are now beginning to surface on the web.

Before the GoFundMe page for Cramer was taken down due to investigation, I was attempting to estimate the average income per month donated.  This month he had over 1,500.00 in donations.  Total donations since 2017 being about 10,000.00. (Less than 300.00 per month) with a goal of 70,000.00.

I have attemped to contact Mr. Alfred Lambremont Webre and had no response.  There is no "Marine Corps Database" as far as i know. If there were, I would certainly have attempted to use it!  And i have already obtained documents via the FOIA regarding the absense of Cramers military service.

As far as I am concerned, Webre or whatever he calls himself, has been a source of disinformation for decades.  What is needed here is an actual criminal investigation into Cramer.  In the end, my research proves nothing exept that Randy Cramer was never a US Marine, but it will expose much more.
