Both artbell.com and dick's site come up immediately but are just blank pages with no error message. DMDN came up for me once but the second time I tried to load it came up with a server error message.

Sounds like Art needs a backup for the backup. Or a plan C for after plan B fails. Or as they call it in the broadcast biz -- a dual redundancy system.
