Heather didn't want to work for Keith.  We learned on the GabCast from Bateman that Keith didn't want her as Art's replacement, and he was right.  Clearly, she held a grudge.  Everyone but the old man she mesmerized was right about her.

Given her over the top fake performance when he died, she was just biding her time to set out on her own.  Why share subscription revenue with Keith?  So she simply refused to show up, hoping to force him to fire her and be made to look the villain. 

Why be honest about things when one can lie instead.  Just like Art.

She is really not a nice or good person and she screwed Keef and the fans now Joe Meth. Paiul and wife and dead dogs are in for a big surprise since people like her use folks and then just screw'em and lose them.
