Pfffft. Question about the edge of the universe?  How about a question about the edge of the Earth!

If you google around, you'll find that some scientists are scratching their heads over a sort of "static" they found on the edge, as if the Matrix representation suddenly just ended.

Has happened here. Hasn't tho since I've learned to not power-refresh.

MV said he's working on it.  Unfortunately, it's still happening. :-\

It's up there. I enjoy how Art is clearly into the guest and his kidding at the top of the first two hours was a testament to this. Neil is an intriguing and enlightening character who I hope will return. And I think Neil appreciates a host who can engage him on some of the science, vis-a-vis most mainstream hosts who probably couldn't.

For those of you critical of NDT's melding of science to pop culture.  Consider the likelihood that there are more Americans familiar with the Kardashians and Honey Boo-Boo than with Tyson.  He and his peers are up against some strong competition for our attention.
I have never seen a Kardashians picture that i know of, one could be living next door to me and i wouldn't know it, i only know of them because people bring up the name..
I have no idea who or what Honey Boo-Boo is.

"Science just asks for one small miracle and then they'll be sure to take care of the rest."

Like when Art asked the question that implied the problem of infinite regression and there was silence at Tyson's end. It's what happens when you ask one of the most basic of epistemological questions to someone who isn't even aware of the limitations of logical positivism.

Totally agree..

Low point was that fake witch...

Glad to see Art back on form.  I was getting worried - Tyson is a BIG deal , despite his politics.

Great show. Don't get the critics at all. To each his other.

Nice. I have to memorize some of this for dinner discussion with skeptics.

It is. The batshit crazy guest are good . . . but guests like Tyson really rock.

Or wouldn't know Alfred North Whitehead from Alfred E. Newman.

I still harbor anger toward RCH.  I don't think I will ever be able to enjoy RCH again, not after what he did to Ross. >:(
