Like it or not...That is 100% correct. This thread alone since Art's retirement represents slightly over half of Bellgab's current monthly cash flow.

If I owned Bellgab, I'd make some kind of arrangements with George, Sweet Kathy and Ratty Patty to share a portion of the net income.
